Gary and Mary went to north baja 20 years ago and purchased 3 beautiful adjacent beach front lots in order to create a private estate style residence to enjoy peace and tranquility away from thier business's in calif and arizona. We chose this area because it was only 45 minutes below the border and is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and medical, but most importantly, the best large calm bay with the most beautiful view of the ocean and coast line. The beach is great for walking and swimming with a fantasic surf break. The first home "sandcastle" was our family vacation get away for many years, then 5 years ago we built "casa Romantica" as our new residence and turned "sandcastle" into a lovely vacation rental. My husband gary's hobby is gardening, hence the entire center lot is beautiful gardens and lawn and spa for ocean viewing, family games and relaxing. We have hosted 2 weddings of 130 people and still had room to spare. WE love beach walks and sunsets so we built private steps to the beach with a terrace half way down the slope the "crows nest" for sunset viewing, also a great place to watch the kids on the beach swimming, surfing or boogie board. We have had 20 years of wonderful special serene time here on this property and enjoy seeing vacation renters appreciate the beauty and have fun here and leave good karma behind.
