This modern tri-level home is located on East Mars Street, just 1/2 block from the wide sandy beaches and beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will find yourselves in the heart of the entertainment district, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, Island Cinema, shopping, nightclubs, recreation, and the Laguna Madre Bay.
Over 2000 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, patio and deck, vaulted ceilings, and large garage, the home is spacious enough to sleep up to 16 people comfortably. There are at least one bedroom and bath on each level, so there is always space to go for peace and relaxation. The brand new pool in the backyard is sure to add to your holiday experience!
Our beach house has been beautifully decorated and landscaped with designer decor and furnishings, including flat screen TV, DVDs, 26-inch TVs, and stereo. Gorgeous tile floors help you cool off after a hot day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with all new appliances, side-by side refrigerator with reverse osmosis, ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave ready to cook full delicious meals.
With South Padre Island's free transportation (called the "Wave"), you can jump on the bus at either end of our street and "ride the wave" to explore the island. Or, you can head south 23 miles to Matamores, Mexico to take advantage of the great meals and shopping opportunities there. Make plans to enjoy the many attractions in the area including the Schlitterbahn Water Park, fishing, golfing, bird-watching, shopping, beach-combing, and explore the miles of undeveloped beachfront.
This house is very popular with multiple couples, families, and extended family. It has all the amenities so you can move right in, make yourself at home, and immediately begin to enjoy your vacation. The garage hosts plenty of beach items for your use---boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and more.
We welcome your well-behaved pets and are happy to have beaches that allow them as well. All we and the town SPI ask is that you observe the leash laws and cleanup after your pets.

Excellent beach house; sleeps 12 comfortably. Ground floor room is set up for kids, with multiple bunk beds. Kitchen was well stocked, but a little small to cook big meals in. Pool is tiny (8' x10') but big enough for a quick dip. Very close to the beach, and there are extra beach chairs and a tent, but they are getting to the end of their useful life, so be sure and bring your own. Overall it's a great place, and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, gorgeous house - just perfect for a big group. The owner is so accommodating - beach towels for everyone, a few bikes, sand toys, ice chest, beach chairs, pop-up tent for beach shade, everything you could ask for and more. The home itself is in a great location - really nice and quiet neighbors making for just a wonderful week in paradise!

We had such a great time staying at this rental over vacation. It offers so many awesome amenities very close to the condo and its only less a minute walk and you are on the beach. So many things to do and see in the area. The condo itself is amazing, nice pool and tv's/dvd players if you fancy some tv watching but why would you? :) Thank you for letting us rent out the place and we look forward to coming back!

The house was incredible, the location was fabulous. We went the week before Springbreak - the best possible time of year with two 4 year olds and one 3 year old. The pool is perfect for our kids; the beach footsteps away (and was deserted most of the time). The owners were very flexible with the schedule and accommodating to our needs. The weather was perfect too! There were a lot of kid-friendly attractions that made it a great vacation for our entire family. We will definitely go back!

The house was great, the location was great. Even though we chose to go to South Padre at Springbreak with two 16 year olds and two 14 year olds, that part of the island was a lot of fun without being too wild. We definitely would go back!
