Surf court is a condominium complex located across the street from the beach in South Forest Beach on DeAllyon Ave. The buildings are arranged in a rectangle, with a swimming pool and manicured grounds in the center. Parking is in front of each unit. Spiral staircases provide easy access from the second floor to the swimming pool through the courtyard.
This unit is equipped with wireless internet service and guests can play Tennis for free at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.
From Surf Court it's an easy stroll to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, Van Der Meer Tennis center and Circle Center for a variety of shopping, dining and grocery choices.
This second-story, two-level villa is in the front of the complex, closest to the beach. It has a ceramic tiled front entry and kitchen. The foyer has a large closet for beach toys and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. For your convenience, the villa is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
The ceramic tiled floor extends to the dining room and living room. The dining room seats six comfortably. A powder room is conveniently located adjacent to the dining area.
The living room has been freshly painted and has new carpeting and new furniture including two large chairs, a queen size sofabed, and an entertainment center with a large TV and VCR/DVD.
The sleeping accommodations upstairs include two large bedrooms, each with their own full private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two new full-size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Additionally, one bedroom has a video game system with games for the kids' enjoyment.
The villa has an outside storage area on the ground floor to store bicycles that can be easily rented nearby and enjoyed on the miles of bike paths throughout South Forest Beach and the island.
Just cross the narrow parking lot and South Forest Beach Drive and you are steps from the beach (less than 3 minutes from the front door)!
Exit the sliding glass door onto the balcony and enjoy the palm trees in the courtyard. Take the spiral stairs down to the newly built pool area.
This villa is professionally managed. If there is any problem with the villa, just call the management company, and they'll take care of it.
When you are at the beach, it is an easy walk to the Tiki Hut for a beachfront drink.
Free Tennis for quests at Van Der Meer Tennis center (1 hour per day) within walking distance. There is also Biking, Golf (with available packages), Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing, Nightly Entertainment, Swimming, Boating activities (para-sailing, jet ski, sailing), Theatre (live and movies).
Rates include all towels, linens and cleaning service upon departure.

We stayed at this villa in mid September after spending many hours surfing the net trying to decide where to stay based on cost and location. It was time well spent as the villa exceeded expectations and the location was perfect. The villa is spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and just across the ry road from the beach. The shops at Coligny Circle are a short eight minute stroll away along a pedestrian walkway so there is no need to drive. We ate in most nights as the weather was not too good but the kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. The air conditioning was the most efficient and the quietest we have ever experienced too. The transaction between the owner and the property management team was very efficient and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to our family and friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This unit is right across the street from the ocean! Nicely furnished and well equipped. The new pool is great. We'll be sure to go back here again.
