Why the Owner Chose The Summit
Panama City Beach has the most beautiful sugar white beaches in the world. We had visited the area several times before we decided to buy there.. When it was our time to purchase a beach home we knew exactly where to look. It is an easy days drive from almost anywhere in the South. It has great beach frontage, you are only a few steps away from the room to the pool to the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It is a perfect home away from home and has everything we need, from it's comfortable bed to the front loading washer and dryer. We love fun bright beach decor and had a blast decorating it. We think when you go to the beach you should feel like you are at the beach even in the comfort of your condo. We are constantly looking for ways to improve/update it and make it the best condo on the beach.

We love to travel and are constantly on the go. We own several properties in Texas and Florida. But this is far our favorite place to be. There is nothing that compares to drinking your morning coffee on the balcony listening to the surf.
