This single family home is on a quiet half acre with 4 bedrooms on 2 floors plus a large loft sleeping 2-4 kids. Ground level Master BR has own bath with steam shower. Two adjacent BR's share remodeled bath. Dining room seats 6 comfortably and additional seating with card table and 6 folding chairs. Large family room with new River Rock, propane fireplace with wall controls and a sleeper couch - queen size. The kitchen is open to the family room by a half wall. Mud room with closet for storing skis and equipment. Large sunny deck with small "s'more stove" and a 6 person hot tub off the family room with filtered views of the slopes. Upstairs BR has a bunk bed and own bath. Two large open rooms upstairs, one with pool table, air hockey and darts, and the other room with a color TV, desk with ethernet cable, a couch and day bed that sleeps 2.
Breckenridge Heights is less than 1.5 miles to Main Street and the new gondola that services Peaks 7,8,9,and 10. This home is less than 2 miles from the state of the art Breckenridge Ice Skating and Hockey Facility. It is very quiet with minimal traffic (kids even sled in the street out front sometimes!)
This is a family home with many games, puzzles and toys- appropriate for many ages. At least one member of the group must be 21 years or older. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind in or around the home.
