Brand new ground floor luxury coach home furnished to a high standard, with beautiful west facing views across large lake to the first hole. In the evenings sit and relax on the large lanai and watch the sun set across the lake.
The luxury granite topped kitchen is fully fitted. A dining area which will seat 8. There is a generous three settee seating area, small breakfast table and a desk with broadband connection. There are 3 flat screen TV's plus Sony surround sound
The master bedroom, with views across the lake has two walk in closets, separate shower, bath and separate WC. The second bedroom has twin beds & closet- Den has a day bed which can be used as a settee or pull out to make a king size bed- there is also a closet.
There is a large double garage with access directly into the coach home -and a separate utility room.
The golf course was designed by Gordon E. Lewis. Tenant entitled to golf membership privileges during stay by paying transfer fee. Practice aqua-range, green and bunkers; 5 sets of tees, and GPS-enabled carts. This is a lovely course that is not surrounded by houses but by countryside. With the five tee boxes it challenges golfers of every ability.
