3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2400 sq. ft. - Charming, clean, light and peaceful. Cabin is newly furnished with a family feel. Located on a beautiful, wooded lot in the much desired Lakemont Pines area of Arnold. This is an excellent location for many outdoors activities.
This chalet-style house has 2 queen beds, 1 double futon in the open loft, 1 twin bed and 1 bunk bed + trundle to sleep 4 in another room. Chalet includes cable TV, DVD player, stereo and all kitchen amenities. There are plenty of games and puzzles for fun and relaxation. Just bring your own sheets and towels (Everything else is provided!)
It also has a beautiful wrap-around deck overlooking our private wooded lot, complete with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Equipped with washer/dryer, central heat and a wood burning stove. We even supply the wood! (The hot tub is for owner use only.)
Downstairs we have a state-of-the-art game room: pool table, electronic dart board (adults only), card table with chips, wet bar and mini fridge, 4 leather recliners viewing a plasma wall TV with surround sound, plus dvd/cd player and a gas wall fireplace.
Arnold is located in Calaveras County in the beautiful Sierra Foothills between historic Murphy's town and Bear Valley. It's an easy drive and only 2.5 hours from the Bay Area.
There are NO pets allowed and No smoking please. Maximum 8-10 guests.
