Seacrest has been rated among the best developments on 30-A and this house sits on the front row with unobstructed gulf views. You won't need to take a "second look" to know this is where you want to spend your vacation. This beautifully designed 3 story, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath beach house is spacious and has beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf from the second and third floors. Top floor features a large partially covered deck with unbelievable views of the gulf.
No need to go to the first floor for refills, the third floor features a wetbar with refrigerator, ice maker and sink. Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floor. One has a jacuzzi tub and the other a rainfall shower. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first class all the way. The other bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa and a private bath with beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has two twin bedrooms. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies and televisions. You won't want to leave the house, but you must to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool and beautiful beach.
If golf is your game Camp Creek Golf course is just 5 minutes away. Beautiful Rosemary Beach adjoins Seacrest and Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside.

Our family recently rented this wonderful beach house for two weeks!!! IT WAS FABULOUS!! It was very clean and decorated very tastefully! Loved the hardwood floors and artwork through out house. The bathrooms were very relaxing. Loved the sun deck! We were steps from the pool and the beach was just a short walk away. Look forward to renting this house again! Great memories were made with our family!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed for a week, and everything about this house is perfect. Location, decoration, very cozy, super clean, and comfortable, it has everything you need and more! I loved the tempur-pedic mattress, the best sleep I had in a long time! My kids loved the bike rides and the beach is just gorgeous! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this house for everybody! It's just perfect, very satisfied!!! And renting again this year!

My husband and I rented this house for a last minute weekend getaway. The owner was very accomodating and great to work with. The house was perfect. It was everything we needed and more! It was immaculate and well maintained. The pictures really don't do it justice. It is an easy walk to the pool, the beach or the nearby "communities" of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and bring friends!
