Located at 824 Stockton Avenue, this three thousand square foot home was completely redone from top to bottom in 2007, while still keeping the charming look of 1800's home. All of this only one block from the beach with ocean views from the third floor common room/bedroom. It's also only a short walk to the pedestrian shopping mall in the center of town.
Our house has five bedrooms, three with queen size beds and two bedrooms with two sets of bunkbeds in each. There is also common room/bedroom which can accomadate three adults. In the living room couch folds into a queen size bed. There is a toddler bed and two pack-n-plays that can be moved from room to room as needed. Each bedroom is connected to a bathroom and all rooms with queen size beds have private baths. There are six full baths total.
The house has a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all stainless steel appliances including a 40" range. On the third floor is a wet bar complete with mini-fridge and dishwasher. The house also has a intercom system and central stereo system that is connected to each room. There are multiple flat screen TV's, ceiling fans in every room and a high capacity washer and dryer on the second floor. Every room has multiple high-speed internet connection points as well as wireless high-speed internet on all three floors.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 couples staying here at the home and we were all in town for a wedding, so it was perfect to get everyone together. The wedding was less than a mile away so some of us even walked there. The home is close to everything. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. You can drive to the grocery store which was a couple of minutes away. The home is clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of us and we each had our own bathroom. Looked like everything was brand new in the home. There was free wi-fi and cable. You did have to bring your own linens, which was fine. If you have a baby or toddlers, there was a crib and pack and plays, which the pack and play came in handy for my son. The owner was really nice to deal with, and if I had any questions, I would call him up and he was happy to answer them. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Cape May.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
