This condo has an all new furniture including a new sofa sleeper and grand chair from Pottery Barn. The furniture is slip covered and beautiful. Treat yourself to a wonderful stay in my condo. (The current pictures do not show the new furniture.) Please no KoolAid drinks RED, GREEN, BLUE, PURPLE. Thanks for staying at my condo.
In a perfect setting in the perfect mountain retreat. River Run Village in Keystone - Keystone's newest Village and a studio that will meet your every need, especially your financial need to save money!! This studio has every amenity that you need for a relaxing vacation. It is a great corner unit, steps from the gondola, with a complete kitchen, living area with a fireplace, TV/VCR, and a full bath.
It has a pull out sofa sleeper and a murphy bed with plenty of room to relax and sit by the fire.
$45 cleaning fee payable directly to Keystone.
It is the perfect spot for a week long wonderful vacation or a quick weekend stay and anything in between.
In the lobby you'll find a pool table, another fireplace and another TV, the sauna and ski storage. Step right outdoors to the three hot tubs and walk a few minutes underground to the Dakota bldg for the outdoor heated pool. Or step right downstairs to pedestrian village. This is a great unit with views of the valley and mountains.
This unit is located on the fifth floor of the Silver Mill building in the River Run Village.
In March I can provide 2/1 skiing discounts and some other discounts throughout the year. Talk to me I can help you save money.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Cancellations: No refunds for less than 30 days notice. Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. 1/2 if before 30 days. If you're travelling in the winter - you might think about trip insurance.
* Damage Deposit: $200 is also required - which will be returned after check out minus any damage or missing items.
