Conveniently located studio at Porte Maillot Metro station. The apartment is located on the first floor (US second floor) with an elevator and has a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard of a historic 1800's building, so the apartment is very quiet even though located in a major hub area of Paris. Shopping, restaurants and the Bois de Boulogne are within a one-block radius, and the building entrance is steps from the Porte Maillot Metro (Line #1) with access to all Paris museums and monuments. An RER station with direct service to Versailles is nearby, and the Air France bus to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport is within easy walking distance. A guardian is on site.
The apartment has a queen size bed, is nicely furnished and has a full kitchen including microwave and washer and is complete with all utensils, dishes, glasses, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
Rates include linens - clean sheets and towels are provided. Weekly maid service can be arranged for longer stays at 50 Euros per week. Also included are cable TV (new flat-screen TV/ten English-language stations), DSL and telephone (no charge for local and long distance calls).
Minimum three night stay - booking, rent and key deposit due at least two weeks prior to first day of booking (housekeeping must be arranged in Paris and key sent to tenant). Last minute bookings may be accommodated with a 10 Euro charge to arrange for key delivery on day of arrival.
