The "Classic Loft" is a spacious 850 sq ft (80 sq meter) loft that is tastefully furnished in a clean line, modern style. Furnishings include a double bed, a twin-size sofa daybed, and 2 queen-size Aero beds -- it sleeps 5 comfortably. Rates range $300-$450/night, depending on season; 7-night minimum (unless there is a gap in my existing bookings).
The "Corbusier Loft" is a massive 2 bedroom loft of 1,300 sq ft (120 sq meter). This loft is lovingly furnished and proudly houses many signed works by Le Corbusier and Mario Bellini. Amongst high-end furniture pieces by Cassina, Ligne Roset, Audi Stickley, and Natuzzi, you will be delighted to discover state-of-the-art audio/visual system, including a 60-inch plasma HDTV panel and a full-surround studio quality speaker system by Paradigm. There are 2 bedroom spaces: Bedroom area #1 (separated from the rest of the loft with a wall of bookcases) where you will find a Queen-size Bed (featuring that famous W Hotel Pillow-top, super deluxe mattress), and a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a King). Perfect getaway for a family traveling together or a couple who enjoy having a little (or a LOT) more space. Rates from $600/night; 7-night minimum and weekend 3-night also ok.
The "White Studio" is a 300 sq ft (28 sq meter) private alcove bedroom + bathroom suite furnished in a heavenly contemporary baroque style. Furnishings include a queen-size bed, writing desk, mini-bar. It can accommodate 2 people. The White Studio is an interior bedroom suite, so it does not have any windows. It does, however, have its own private entrance, a/c/fan/heating unit, and is very comfortable (please see photos below). ***The White Studio is a connecting suite to the Corbusier Loft, making it possible for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation.*** Rates from $200/night; 7-night minimum.
All properties (Classic Loft, Corbusier Loft, and the White Studio) are located within one of the finest buildings in NYC. Building is located directly across from the New York Stock Exchange, and directly above the French luxury goods power house, Hermes. Our 24/7 concierge building is within easy walking distance to so many major landmarks such as the Statute of Liberty, New York Stock Exchange, South Street Seaport, World Trade Center memorial site, Century 21 Discount Shopping, Hermes, Tiffany & Co, Cipriani's, etc. Its proximity to downtown's financial center makes this the perfect Manhattan hub for both business and pleasure.
Each property is thoughtfully equipped with plasma flat screen TV, WiFi, high thread count linen, fresh towels, hairdryer, plenty of closet space. In addition, they are cleaned top to bottom by a professional housekeeper prior to every check-in. I do not charge extra for cleaning because I firmly believe that it should be a given.
