Often, you find out the true character of people when things go bad, not when all is good. When we were at this condo, the diswasher quit working on the third day. I called Karen and she had a repairman there the same day. He realized the dishwasher was not repairable and the very next day, there was a brand new dishwasher installed. We did not even have to be there. The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. We sat in the Gulf of Mexico and watched fireworks on the 4th of July. Unforgetable. There were very few people at the complex and we felt like we had the place to ourself. The pool is beautiful and cold, which was perfect for the humidiity of July. Make sure you visit the Fish House just down the road on the Island and Pinchers just off the island. You can literally stand in front of the Condo and see the sign for the Publix grocery store. I would highly recommend this condo. It is a great place for a vacation and you will be dealing with class folks. I have to say that our family absolutely LOVES this condo. This was actually our second time staying. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, but the view is 1000 times better. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone! I am trying to get my parents to visit. The owners have always been polite and timely with getting all the information and keys to you. This place is very clean. For those who find security a big plus, it is gated and secure. From the master bedroom, you can wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean. You are also able to view that from the living room...not that you spend much time in-doors. We walked the very quiet beach picking up shells or building sand castles with the kids. It is ready to move in...all you need to do is bring your food and toiletries! There is a grocery store close by and also shopping for souvenirs. Plus a lot of attractions are not far away. We will be returning some time in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: It is just so nice to have this condo to share with friends and family. We always try to think of the condition, cleanliness and how we can make renters feel more at home. Our condo has been remodeled in the past year, with new counters, baths and appliances. It is so rewarding to know others can enjoy the condo unit as much as we do. very nice place, i will stay here again !! everything was as advertised.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
