Come and enjoy our brand new condo at Ariel Dunes II with fun activities all around. It is across the street from the beach with convenient beach access via walk-overs so there is no issue with traffic. There are three large pools, one is a walk-in and very shallow. Great for small children.
Our exceptional tenth floor two bedroom, two bath condo features a large dining table that seats eight and bar stools seat three. The master bath features a large garden tub and glass enclosed shower. Ceramic tile in the entry foyer, bathrooms, and kitchen. Dining room, living room and bedrooms are fully carpeted. There are 9 foot ceilings and sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the large balcony overlooking the gulf of mexico. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
The kitchen features granite counters, self-cleaning oven/range with built-in microwave. Large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. The spacious kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms and is perfect for entertaining.
Ariel dunes II is minutes from a wide variety of fine and casual dining, shops and one of the largest designer factory outlet centers in the nation. Seascape's championship 18-hole golf course is a full service facility with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons and a pro shop. There are 8 lighted tennis courts.

This condo was everything we were looking for on our Destin vacation! It is just a short walk from the beach and is located well for sightseeing, shopping and eating the local seafood. The condo itself was also terrific. It has a fabulous view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. The master bedroom has the same view of the ocean and access to the balcony. We found it to be really quiet and restful, no problem with external noise. Everything was exceptionally clean and all the comforts of home are included. The owner is was very kind and knowledgeable about the area and local shops. I highly recommend this unit to couples or families.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
