Lodge has ten bedrooms, ten baths and is located in Incline Village. Has a terrific panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Great for Large parties, family reunions, or work off sites. Most bedrooms have bathrooms. Large Great room with floor to ceiling fireplace. Pool table room and kids play room offer fun for some of the guests while othersd can enjoy the outdoor spa while watching the sunset over Lake Tahoe.
The home is over 8000 square feet and has four levels. You walk into a grand entrance and immediately in front of you is a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. You enter from the top floor where you will experience a large great room, with kitchen and dining areas. There is also a full bath and garage for at least three cars on this floor. Driveways parking for an additional four cars. There is also a large deck with outdoor barbecue.
The next level down offers the pool table room, kids play room, the Master bed and bath and three additional bedrooms. The outdoor spa is also located on this level.
The third level down offers four bedrooms with baths.
The fourth level offers two additional bedrooms with baths. Each room is decorated with a lodge motif and named.
The property is close to ski resorts, golfing,dining, and stores. An on-site chef can be arranged at guest request.

I hosted my 50th birthday party at this extremely spacious 10 bedroom home for me and 15 of my adult friends on Labor Day weekend 2011. All of the couples had their own bedroom and their own bathroom! All the singles had their own bedroom and only two had to share a bathroom - the rest had their own! It was perfect. We could all hang out in the living room and cook and eat our meals together and when we wanted privacy we could go downstairs to our bedrooms. The kitchen is older but works just fine. We cooked two large meals of salmon and steak for our whole group. The view of Lake Tahoe and sunset were magnificent. The property owner was efficient, kind and willing to accommodate all my special requests. Highly recommend this place - especially if you have a large group needing lots of space.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
