The house surrounds a 10,000 sq. ft. courtyard and is situated on 11 acres of oak and bay trees, with trails, creek cottage, grotto, secluded hot tub and lap pool crafted out of natural river rock. The inner courtyard's Tuscany-style center fountain is surrounded by manicured lawn, its periphery lined with flowers. Beautifully crafted woodwork,original stall doors with silver-plated hand wrought hardware open onto gorgeous living quarters with 25-ft open-beam cathedral ceilings. New hardwood flooring, plaster walls, wonderful artwork, high-end linens, deep-hued rugs and 6 ft grand piano give a feeling of rustic elegance. House which sleeps 12, may be rented alone or together with 2nd story apartment which sleeps an additional 5. Altogether there are 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 twin and 3 sofa beds. Rancho Wikiup is the perfect setting for weddings and celebrations.
