We are offering the opportunity for a maximum of only 3 or 4 people to become equity sharing, co-owners of this fantastic investment property. The villa is situated in one of the best locations in Barbados, where prime property values will rise further to catch up with the much more expensive famous West Coast.
We will continue to retain a significant ownership percentage ourselves and also continue to fully manage & maintain the villa on behalf of all co-owners.
If you, your company or your pension fund have funds available to invest offshore in a single 'blue chip' Barbados property which is owned 'offshore' by a Limited Company, please contact us for more information.

My husband and I along with 2 other couples stayed at Idyllic Villa in May of 2007 for a week. The beauty of this villa and the scenery surrounding it is unbelievable. You can't even to begin to describe it. We thought it would be beautiful based on the pictures we saw on the internet, but the pictures don't even do it justice!! You just have to see it to believe it. The price for this villa is very, very reasonable considering all that it has to offer. We all plan to return to Barbados in a few years and would not even consider staying anywhere but at Idyllic. Junie was great and Scamp (the dog) became our best companion for the week. We loved him so and hated to leave the little fellow. The owners were very easy to deal with and were most cooperative. It was the greatest vacation we have ever taken. Just book it -- you will be glad that you did!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Idyllic Villa is surely an apt name! Secluded location, stunning breathtaking views, un-describable, and pictures don’t do it justice. Villa is perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, romantic getaway, or family gathering etc. If you want night life, not for you, however we stayed there but drove into St Lawrence Gap/Town for clubs when required. Stayed on the property in Oct 2011 and also held our small wedding ceremony on the beach below the property and then the reception on the property, Idyllic, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Villa is very spacious and is still not cramped if 8 people are staying there. Property and furnishing in good order, clean, amenities in working order. 4th bedroom may need a little updating, safe in a room not working, but overall nothing of major concern. If you plan on travelling around the island it is recommended to rent a car, if not there is a local bus which will take you into Bridgetown (runs 1 per hour). Taxis are available but from the villa you have to phone book and therefore may have to wait a while. Within walking distance there is the Tropical Winds hotel which has a restaurant for cooked food (however I didn’t actually eat there) and there is also a convenience store close by for a quick shop for essentials. The sea in that area is not recommended for swimming as it can get rather rough, however there are other beaches close by which are more suitable if you want to swim. There is also a communal pool on the property which is utilized by the 3 villas. The spa although not heated is perfect to cool off during the day, and stare up at the stars at night. Housekeeper Sherri was very helpful and accommodating and went out of her way to assist. Property owners were good/fast with their correspondence. Would highly recommend this property, and will be back for another stay, hopefully in the not to distance future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We came together as 7 close friends and enjoyed a fabulous 10 says at your Villa. The peaceful atmosphere away from everything was perfect. We loved strolling along your beautiful sandy beaches and amazing views. Junie is a treasure!! We loved visiting with her and our every need was attended to. She really made our visit feel like we were visiting old friends. Barbados is a beautiful island and amazingly friendly culture. We loved checking out all the local haunts and of course the known landmarks. Harrison Caves is a must see along with Orchid World and the Wild Animal park. So much to see not enough time to do it all. Definitely make a trip to Bathsheba and don't miss the Oysten's Fish Fry!! I would come back in a minute!!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This was our 6th visit to Barbados having stayed before in Hotels and two other Rental Villas. This has to be the very best location for the money if you are seeking a relaxing quiet holiday. The villa is very nice but could do with some slight modernisation to the bathrooms. The house was very well kept by Juni the maid, with a constant flow of clean towels and bed linen. A car is essential. We are in our seventies and visited with our son, his wife and two teenage boys and my sons mother in law. Everyone in all the age groups absolutely enjoyed the Holiday. OK for people with disabilities if the owners carry out some very minor modifications We intend to return next year.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic trip to Barbados, the villa is situated in a perfect location with 2 beautiful beaches to either side of the villa. We were a group of 6 adults and one 10 year old boy,who we thought may get bored..nothing could have been further from the truth, he has said he would love to go back as he loved the pool and beaches and most of all fishing from the rocks which were right in front of the villa.Juni is a diamond, nothing is too much trouble for her, she will advise you on where to eat out and where to visit. Her Caribbean cooking is also something not to miss. Oistins is a great place to visit on a Friday night to watch the locals dancing and listen to the reggae music, also to sample the fresh local fish and rice. Many thanks to John and Marjorie for allowing us to use their beautiful villa. A place we would love to go back to.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Idyllic Villa. Very nice, clean, well kept, right on the ocean with an unheated hot tub that was very refreshing! The sun kept it warm. Views were spectacular. We loved our stay as did our young children. The ocean is rougher on this side of the island, but we were able to swim on the beach--and Crane's beach is very close by for ocean swimming with younger children. The pool is also very nice. We followed the owners' recommendation for a car rental company and were happy with that--you should have a car to get around. Large grocery store nearby, and good places to eat, and kitchen is good for cooking at home. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Just returned from our vacation in Idyllic Villa and it could not have been better. House is large, comfortable, with constant breezes keeping it cooled down. Better than pictures. Huge patios, one shaded by a roof. Hot tub was a nice plus. Very private. Nicely landscaped and maintained. Beach on right was very tiny with no shade but Sam Lord's on the left was nice. However we discovered Bottom Bay Beach and went there every day, about a 10 min drive. There is a great shopping supermarket at Six Corners just a short drive away. We were able to get plenty of food for breakfast and lunch. The people on Barbados were the friendliest I have encountered in years of traveling. We took a drive to Bathsheba, enjoyed the surfers there and had lunch at the Botanic Garden just around the corner. Drove to the Gap a couple of nights for dinner. Pisces was wonderful, lovely ambience and good food. However, we found the roads very difficult to maneuver at night in the dark. Very narrow, people walking and biking with lots of roads turning off. We had to search the map and turn around several times. Seems you get it down pat just when you are ready to leave! We also followed owner recommendation and had buffet dinner at Waterfront Cafe downtown to hear the steel band play. I have had better dinners on other islands. The neighborhood of the villa was charming and I took my walk there every day. Met very nice people. Everything worked to our satisfaction in the villa, even the TV. Sometimes you just have to study how to work something. I will admit it took some time. But we really dont want much TV on vacation. The dismal news will find us when we return. Juni, the maid is a treasure. Very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed talking to her. She also did a fantastic job of keeping the villa neat and clean. We had the entire property to ourselves for 4 days. Later, people moved in next door, but it was still very private and quiet. We had a wonderful time. It was just perfect for us because it was so quiet and relaxing! Would love to come back with our married kids!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

My family and I spent seven wonderful days at this beautiful home in June. The views exceeded anything we could possibly have hoped for. Plenty of space for our family of five. Junie, the housekeeper was very friendly and prepared a wonderful meal for us. We are still talking about it. Fresh fish caught off the cliff by the local fisherman was sooo good! The home was a little far from the local attractions, but if you are looking for a great place to relax and enjoy Barbados, this is it. The only negative we had was there was no working dvd/television or radio in the house. We had brought movies to watch in the evenings and were unable to do so. Junie tried to get the repair people out on several occasions, but it was not a priority for Direct TV (bad customer service). All in all, I would definitely look forward to coming back to this beautiful home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: John & Marjorie are semi-retired parents & grandparents residing in England. John is a Chartered Engineer with a career in major manufacturing companies followed by management consulting – specialising in directing major business performance improvement projects across the world for international Blue-Chip companies. Marjorie is a professional ice dance skater. At only 10 she was the youngest ever to represent Great Britain at ice dancing, and at 16 became Professional British & World Ice Dance Champion! Later, in business she was MD of an Executive Recruitment Consultancy. They first visited Barbados for 1 week in 1994, staying at Sam Lords Castle resort in St Philip on the SE Coast. They loved Barbados and the local Bajans so much they returned the following year & were married on Sam Lord’s beach. They have visited more than 60 times since then and decided to invest in Idyllic Villa in 2001. They built a second villa ‘Beach Haven’ on the Caribbean West Coast in 2006 which is also available for rent. They are both very particular and very practical hands on people, and have built / refurbished the villas to a very high standard. They are both always kept by the housekeepers in an excellent, clean & well maintained condition. They fully manage the property maintenance and lettings themselves – visiting 3 or 4 times a year to keep everything ship shape – as well as having regular vacations there! They have many strong friendship links with local residents, so they can introduce guests into the ‘behind the scenes’ Bajan local life if they wish to be more adventurous & involved.
Why the Owner Chose Bel Air:
Idyllic Villa is one of 3 privately owned villas on Coral Point Estate, built on an outcrop at the end of Sam Lords South beach – the beach used by Marriott’s for their weekly themed Shipwreck Party nights. The location is so absolutely stunning it cannot be fully appreciated by description or photos – it has to be visited to be believed. Many visitors, who know the island well, have said this has to be the best villa location in the whole of Barbados. It has been rented for many purposes ranging from corporate / political events & business meetings to romantic sojourns, weddings and family vacations.
The private gated estate provides privacy and seclusion in a quieter area of Barbados – well away from the tourist centres. However it is only 12 minutes drive from the airport & just a mile along the coast from the world famous Crane Resort which is renowned for having one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
The SE corner of Barbados is renowned for its refreshing cooling breeze which is hardly felt elsewhere, and St Philip has the least rainfall of all the Barbados parishes, as many clouds pass overhead & don’t start to rain until further inland. With Sam Lords now derelict and closed, the local beautiful beaches are almost always deserted – This truly is the perfect location for a quiet ‘get away from it all’ relaxing vacation in Barbados.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
OFFSHORE INVESTMENT
This prime beach front property is wholly owned by an offshore Ltd company, registered in the BVI. It was specifically established to legally own this sole prime property in Barbados. Purchasing the shares with offshore funds, simply transfers offshore cash to an offshore investment in property ownership, via a simple offshore transaction. Property values may well have bottomed out & this may be the right time to reinvest cash into future capital growth potential and own a fantastic property in the process! Please contact us if full or partial ownership is of interest to you.
