This modern condominium provides you with contemporary and luxurious furnishings. The dining area includes four black leather bar stools and a modern square sized table that seats up to eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances with a beautiful granite island to sit around. Both the master and second bedroom have a comfortable king size bed each of which has its own private ensuite. We can accommodate groups of six with the queen size sofa bed in the living area. The relaxing living area has a large leather sofa, love seat, coffee table, end table and dim lamps for comfort. This area is completed with a beautiful 56 inch flat screen television where you can find a variety of channels to choose from on your SKY satellite dish. A DVD/MP3 player is provided if you would like to bring your own movies or music. Just off the living area is a large outdoor ocean view terrace with luxurious patio furniture.

The private roof terrace is complete with a heated jacuzzi, luxurious patio furniture, two sunbathing chairs, barbecue area, shower, washer and dryer, bathroom and a fabulous ocean view. If you need to cool off you can do so in the common area pool private to the Mamitas Village residents! Underground parking is available for those guests with rental vehicles.
Upon request and availability we can offer you an in house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service, and an in house masseuse. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival! Additional fees are applicable.
