The master bedroom has a four poster bed with luxury linens and a large attached bath with garden tub, his and hers sinks, a separate shower stall and water closet.
-The "Family Suite" has a full bed and a set of bunk beds, with TV/DVD and video collection.
-The "Guest Suite" has a queen bed with luxury linens as well.
-The main living area, with soaring ceilings and a fireplace as its focal point has a huge kitchen with separate pantry, dining room, living room, and office area.
-The dining room can seat up to 10 people with room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. There is a brand new sectional sofa and chaise in the living room area with a 52" large screen T.V. There is also a separate desk area with a desktop PC for your use with a printer and high speed wireless connection.
-The balcony spans the entire 30 feet across the living area and has Gulf Views towards the north and the south.
-The complex is ideally located on a private white sandy beach with a festive pool area including tiki huts, shuffleboard, and bar area.
-There are several wonderful restaurants within blocks of the condo including the famous and not-to-be-missed Lighthouse Donuts (try the key lime or PBJ donuts!) and Crabby Bills.
-Two covered parking spaces are provided for your use.
The complex is made up of 2 buildings (4 condos in the gulf front building and 3 condos in the east building). This condo is in the east building and occupies the entire top floor so it is twice the size of the other condos in the complex. It has a clear view of the gulf from the balcony to the north and the south but the view straight ahead is restricted by the gulf front building.
