Whether you’re in town on business or here for a well-deserved vacation, you’ll fall in love with this ground floor condo on the edge of the Willamette River! Enjoy watching the boats on the river from the living room or patio, which has a fire pit and built-in barbecue.

The condo is decorated with beautiful, modern furniture and decorations (West Elm, Ikea).

The living room has a television, also with basic cable and a DVD/CD player. Internet access is available. The unique couch can sleep one.

The full kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite counter tops, a range/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, as well as dishes, utensils, pots/pans etc. Linens are provided, and for those on an extended stay, the condo has a stacked washer & dryer.

The bedroom offers a brand new queen-size bed with all linens. There’s also a television set with basic cable, with a built-in DVD/CD player.

Close to the light rail and streetcar, you don’t have to have a car to enjoy this wonderful town. With Waterfront Park and all the shops and restaurants in the Pearl just steps away, everyone will find something fun to do! And the Rose Garden and Convention Center are right across the river! You can walk, ride or jog down the miles and miles of riverside path, or take the pedestrian bridge over to the heart of the Pearl district. Plus, there’s a small convenience store on site for those last minute necessities.

Enjoy the on site pool and hot tub! And don’t worry about parking. The condo comes with one reserved parking space!

Centrally located in downtown Portland, you are just a short drive from the Oregon Zoo, the coast, Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, Multnomah Falls, and many other scenic places.

  • We spent a week at the condo for spring break and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic--we walked everywhere and loved the views of the river. The condo is well equipped, super comfy, and really very nice. We would come back anytime!

  • We rented for a month and loved the condo for so many reasons-- the location on the river, close to downtown, the river walk, and light rail and the comfortable bed and furniture. The common areas (bbq, firepit and patio) were very convenient and well- maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
