Exclusively offered on VRBO, check out this truly special and unique ski cabin in Minturn! Original log cabin built in the 1940's, and over the years expanded, remodeled, upgraded and updated on a continual basis for owner's personal enjoyment.
Cabin is ideal for 1-4 guests, and a refreshing alternative to the expensive hotels, B&B's and rental condos in the Vail/BC/Minturn area.
Layout is open and cheerful, enjoy cozy gas fireplace in living room with queen sofa bed, and two bedrooms each with full sized beds, flannel sheets and down comforters.
Delightful open kitchen makes dining in a treat, or choose from several wonderful Minturn eateries within short 1-4 block walk.
This ski cabin oozes with charm both inside and out. Interior decor is quality western theme, and very comfortable.
Most important to owner is renting to quality, gentle and appreciative guests that enjoy their cabin stay so much they return again and again.
Complimentary for guests are mountain bikes (2), snowshoes (3 sets), and gas grill on patio (when snow melts).
Easy 5.5 mile drive to Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas, and all of the amenities they each offer. Public transportation convenient (as in bus stop), just 1 block away.
Cabin shall be professionally cleaned for your arrival and upon your departure, at no additional expense.
May be pet friendly with owner approval.
Four day minimum preferred, last minute shorter term may be available so contact owner per your needs.

Why the Owner Chose Minturn
Minturn is an awesome little town, super convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek. I lucked upon the property to purchase years ago when I wasn't even looking, and made the investment as a second home and my own mountain getaway. I have always shared it with family, friends and customers, but never considered renting it until a friend who has a short term rental in Hawaii told me about VRBO and the high quality clientele the site attracts. My VRBO rental experiences beginning in 2008, have been awesome.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
Your Minturn cabin stay will be memorable, and you will know you have spent time in the Rocky Mountains, not to be confused with hotels and B&B's you have stayed elsewhere over the years. My goal is to rent to quality and gentle guests, so I charge on the light end of market so cabin is appreciated and cared for by my guests. There are two mountain bikes at the cabin for your use, and details in VRBO listing describe many more unique benefits this property offers.

Learned to ski in PA and NJ when I was 12, and dreamed of the skiing out west. Was fortunate to make the big move just after college, taught skiing at Breckenridge for a couple of ski seasons (in the 70's), then moved to Denver to start my career in real estate.
