You'll love the peaceful tranquility of our remodeled cedar cabin, lake home on Lake Norman in Troutman, North Carolina.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and was completely re-furnished and updated in 2006 (Second bath remodel just completed 2009: Granite, new cherry cabinets and tiled shower). Leather sectional, chair and ottoman surround the beautiful A-framed family room with views of the lake and the 2 story stone fireplace. A 53" wide screen TV with Dish Network is located in the family room. The kitchen is complete with all the cooking items you need including brand new stainless steel appliances and antique heart pine floors. The dining area seats up to 8. The over sized Master bedroom has a King size bed and Satellite TV for your viewing. A queen bed is located in the 2nd bedroom, while the 3rd bedroom contains a bunk bed and a twin.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around deck overlooking the lake or watch the sunset directly in front of you. Stroll down a gentle sloping backyard to your private boat dock and lake frontage for swimming, fishing, and boating (canoe is included). When the day is finished enjoy and relax in the private hot tub.
We are in a quiet cove within a minute of the main channel. Take walks, play golf(nearby), swim, fish or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Since it is in excellent condition, please no pets or smoking.
