Accommodations: Large Single Family Home - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Photo 1 - Berkeley Travel Wonderful family home, 2300 square feet, traditional architecture and comfortably furnished. (ALSO OPEN TO EXCHANGE/TRADE) Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, living room, family room, small office, gracious front/back yards with fountains. This is a no-smoking property. The neighborhood is very quiet and "country like", despite being only 20 minutes drive from San Francisco and just a few minutes from Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto, U.C. Berkeley, and shops. Tilden Park, a large park with a carousel, two lakes, miles of hiking and biking trails, a steam train ride and "Little Farm" is a short walk from the house. A neighborhood park behind the house provides great opportunities for youngsters to play on playground equipment; however, due to the number of breakables in the house, probably not a good match for very young children. Berkeley is centrally located for visits to the Napa Valley, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe (3 hr. drive), Carmel/Monterey. Bus service and BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) are convenient, as well. Note: cell service is very spotty in the hills, so a prepaid calling card is strongly recommended.

One week minimum from $1750/wk, plus $800 security deposit.  Utilities included.
