Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
The complex is fantastic - location, amenities, safety - it has it all! We love how close it is to so many theme parks, zoos and, of course, the beach. The kids love it and are just as happy to spend a day at the beach and pool as they are to go to Disneyland. I think it's the perfect place for everyone, whether you are a retiree, couple or family. So close to San Diego without the busy-ness of a big city!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Going to the pool, walking along the boardwalk watching the sunset, relaxing by the pool and on the balcony and I must mention the great outlet shopping in Carlsbad!

We loved the condo and the complex's amenities! Our kid's loved the pool and beach access. What a great place to unwind or to use as a home-base for a fun-filled vacation! We used the City Pass to visit Disney, Universal, San Diego Zoo and Sea World...all within one hour of our place. This condo has all that you need for a great week! We definitely would come back!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed in this condo during spring break in 2010 and loved it! It is every bit as clean, comfortable, and beautiful as the owner describes. The view from the living room is exactly as shown in the pictures; we loved hearing the waves and watching surfers in the morning. The location is great - it was very easy to get to all the attractions in the area. Just a few minutes from Legoland, for those of you with children, and less than 30 minutes from many other San Diego sights. After long, tiring days of being tourists, it was so nice to come "home" to this condo, where we could relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub, and also be able to avoid eating all our meals in restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we would love to stay again if we get back to the area!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

"Wonderful place to spend our vacation. Enjoyed the pool, spa, and the beach(seemed like a private beach). We played ping pong and met lots of nice people. Great place to stay. We'll be back next year toooooooooo!!!!"
