Great winter retreat with a magnificent ocean view. This was our tenth winter in this unit, a home away from home, clean, new furnishings and carpet. Good location, convenient for strolling on the beach or marina, train (Coaster) ride to San Diego, freeway access, restaurants or relaxing by the pool and reading. We're planning on returning 1/1/2013 to enjoy another two months. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the condo and the complex's amenities! Our kid's loved the pool and beach access. What a great place to unwind or to use as a home-base for a fun-filled vacation! We used the City Pass to visit Disney, Universal, San Diego Zoo and Sea World...all within one hour of our place. This condo has all that you need for a great week! We definitely would come back!

We stayed in this condo during spring break in 2010 and loved it! It is every bit as clean, comfortable, and beautiful as the owner describes. The view from the living room is exactly as shown in the pictures; we loved hearing the waves and watching surfers in the morning. The location is great - it was very easy to get to all the attractions in the area. Just a few minutes from Legoland, for those of you with children, and less than 30 minutes from many other San Diego sights. After long, tiring days of being tourists, it was so nice to come "home" to this condo, where we could relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub, and also be able to avoid eating all our meals in restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we would love to stay again if we get back to the area!

"The location and view is excellent, especially loved the decor and all the dolphins. We walked to Rubys for breakfast and enjoyed watching the dolphins during breakfast. Thank you for such a warm cozy "home".
