My family and I stayed here for 8 nights!! Luz & William were friendly, and willing to meet us on the highway to bring us to the property. Luz upgraded us due to air conditioner not working in the two bedroom! In talking to Luz we discovered were from the same town; Vineland, NJ. Wow, what a small world... The property is under surveillance, and safe! The neighborhood was quiet!! My husband met a minor league baseball player who lives in the area. I was fond of the wild horses that wondered the neighborhood. My children like swimming nearby. The sounds of the ocean were relaxing... William came by and cut down coconuts, and offered us to sampled the coconut juice... My family from Corozal, Puerto Rico were impressed with the location!! Location!! 25 minutes from San Juan without traffic. I cooked every morning!! Which, save us $... Only down fall the property did not have a washer, and dryer!! Luz did recommend "5asec" to drop our clothes, and picked them up at a destinated time however, when you are given a time add on at least an hour, lol... Also, the 5asec shrank our clothes, and the clothes were discolored from washing them together...I had specifically asked if the clothes are washed separated, and some clothes were supposed to be hung up!! So we had to go to Levitown, PR which, is about a 20 minute ride to wash our clothes. When, we arranged at the laundrymat the two gentleman owners came out ,and help and bring in the clothes. The laundrymat was clean ,and safe. We would come again!! & recommend to friends, and family.

Heaven was surely waiting! This place was absolutely breathtaking. My friends and I visited in Feb. 2012 and totally enjoyed our stay. We had intended on going out for every meal but when we realized that our backyard sat on the Atlantic...LITERALLY, we decided we would have breakfast and mimosa there every morning of our stay. It was kind of difficult to draw ourselves away to enjoy the PR nightlife because it was just as amazing at night as it was waking up in this beautiful place that sits directly on the ocean. GO, GO, GO if you can. This place is really affordable rather you are going as a couple or a group of twelve. The ad is seriously telling the truth when it states its scenery and the amount of space Heaven Awaits offers. I wish I could figure out how to upload my pics of this place. Luz and William have done such a great job with this property. Because of my stay I have decided to spend a month during the summer and to stay at another of their properties that is just across the street from the ocean.

I spent four amazing days in San Juan Puerto Rico this place was actually on the water! I see advertisements for beachfront property like in South Beach Miami for example but you have to cross the street to get to the ocean. The ocean was literally in the backyard. A beautiful place to go I give it five out of five and I'll be back soon..

Foremost, I'd like to comment on how accommodating Luz is as a host and organizer. I traveled with a party of 10+ and she was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Once we arrived at the house we seriously couldn't believe that the ocean was in our back yard. Literally. Perfect for taking a swim in the morning before heading out for the day. Furthermore, the area, Dorado, is not a tourist oriented area so if your a traveler this place is something you will appreciate. With all that said I would like to thank Luz for a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in Dorado for one week and had an amazing time! With a large group of 17 people this home was very spacious and homey. Luz was a great help and we will definitely be back!

This truly is the place for all to sit back and enjoy! I stayed here with my family and we loved it. The accommodation was comfortable, the view spectacular, and the service was personal. Anyone wanting to taste the best that this beautiful island has to offer, along with the privacy Heaven Awaits has to offer, must stay here once, then you'll say like Arnold, I'll be back!!!

My family and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The view and the sound of the ocean is spectacular. It was in a nice neighborhood and the owners were very friendly and helped us find our way around town. You do need to provide toilet paper, dish soap, and lots of personal items that come with a hotel but the supermarket is not far away and to be fair, you are not paying the price a hotel would charge. There is also a club a ways down the coast which if you sit outside at night during the weekend you will hear the music (not a always a bad thing) but it was quiet inside. We stayed in The Suite and the only down side to this unit is that the bathroom is off one of the bedrooms so you have to enter someones bedroom to use the toilet at night. The nice thing with this unit versus the one that sleeps 4 is that both bedrooms have ocean facing windows. Fans can be a little tricky to figure out and wireless controls tend to eat batteries but a call to the owners got that all fixed up. Nice and central to most everything, about 30 minutes to San Juan on the 22. Only time it took a long time to get somewhere is when we went to Luquillo Beach and El Yunque as you have to deal with the San Juan traffic and really bad road signs as what your map shows you does not really exist. This is definitely a clean and comfortable place to stay and I would go back again. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are fluent in English as well as the local scene.

A True Experience in "Heaven" on Earth!!!

We would like to thank Jessica, Luz & William for allowing us to stay that their beautiful home in "Heaven" on earth! Eight of us occupied the Grand Suite. Jessica was more than accommodating to us during our late arrival and very pleasant. When she took us to the Grand Suite, the place was AMAZING and breathe taking! Our living room area was lined with glass doors that allowed us to see the ocean right outside! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and beautiful! This is truly a place where you can RELAX! We will DEFINITELY return one day! Thank you very much :)

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The proprietors are the best anywhere!! This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and it is a beautiful country. I definitely would love to go back and stay at Heaven Awaits again.

We couldn't have been any closer to the water!!! It was very rocky, so you could hear the waves crashing against the rocks...VERY soothing and relaxing! Property & accommodations were very clean & maintained very well. Property owners were EXTREMELY hospitable & gave us lots of ideas of things to do and places to go. There were several authentic places to eat nearby that were AMAZING!!! There was also a variety of "Americanized" food choices available in town, if you prefer. We were looking to "Get Away" from our every day stresses and relax and rejuvinate...this was PERFECT!!! The view was UNBELIEVABLE!!! We had a great time and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying there. We loved the view and the location!! The place was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The price is excellent for the size of the unit. I loved that you had a lot of towels as well. Over all no complaints. Jayson was very nice and we would stay in this unit again for sure!!

Luz, I am back in St. Thomas and can not wait until I go back to Dorado. I really love t there, and your "casa" is so, so beautiful. That was nice. On early Tuesday there were whales jumping very close. I will have to go back in May about the middle. I would like to stay again.
