Coming from Alaska we already knew we would enjoy the weather... but the accommodations were the best! It was just my wife and myself, but if I had a pose to bring, this would be well suited for that as well. Everything is clean and comfortable. We only had 4 nights so did not do much sightseeing - there is plenty to do in the area and the host provides one of the very best information books when you arrive if that's your thing. If personal security is important to you then this place has the bases covered. You can literally lock out the world with steel shutters (electronic - very cool) and you are in a gated community. We really liked meeting Jason - the manager. Very informative and accessible should you have any questions, and a great conversationalist to boot! You get what you pay for with this vacation home and more!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house has everything you need and more! We stayed for 4 days in May and didn't want to leave! First, the owner was extremely accommodating and very easily accessible. We had two small children and he made sure 2 pack and plays were delivered before we arrived. Upon arrival, the house was spotless and fully equipped. The pool and waterfall were very relaxing; the pool even had a little platform for our babies to sit and enjoy the water. The cabana had it all: a sink, kegerator, TV with cable, outlets, swim-up bar (with seats in the water), a fridge, and a gas grill. The firepit was great to sit around at night. We also loved the spa, as you can adjust the heat to your liking, so our babies were comfortable if the pool water was a little cool in the morning. The house also had top-notch technology. Many of the outside amenities (waterfall, spa, lights) were controlled by one remote. There were speakers in every room and outside, with controllable volumes in each location. The house also had large shutters to keep the house cool and dark in the morning. The location is also wonderful. The house is located in a small gated community and the mountain views are amazing. We will definitely be back again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house and great location. Has it all. We had a wonderful vacation. Only issue was the bbq needed some new parts. Called and it was fixed the same day - that's service! The house was beautiful, well kept, very clean and everything appeared to be looked after. We had trouble getting into the house, the code we provided was not working so we had to phone the manager to fix it. When we got settled in, realized the t.v. was not working, nor was the hot tub. Had to yet again call to make them aware of these things. Someone was sent to the house to fix both things promptly which was good...stuff happens I guess! But it did put a bit of a damper on the afternoon of our first day. You would think that management would go through the house before each check in to make sure everything is prepared, and working! We thought that more of the essentials would be supplied in the house, some for example - coffee filters, and coffee (you get that in a hotel room, why not in a house), tin foil, extra laundry soap (we ran completely out). Also, they give you limited number of garbage bags and toilet paper which we thought was odd. All in all it was a good experience, the house was gorgeous, the pool was awesome....however the management, in our opinion, could be improved.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Stayed here with family for Thanksgiving. Adults and teens, grandparents live in Sun City so it was plenty close. Used the pool daily without the hassles of Sun City "family time". Great access to hiking trail in Open Space. Beautiful large home with great amenities. Rooms for everyone. The kids were having so much fun Grandma decided on a portable banquet table and served Thanksgiving Dinner outdoors on the Patio. A first for this family! Local roads can be a little confusing as they wind around a lot. Plenty of stores near by but none in walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly and no one seemed annoyed to have vacationers staying for the weekend. We vacationed at this home for 9 days over Easter with our family - 12 in all - and could not have asked for a better place to get together. Our 6 kids - aged 11 - 17 - all loved the back yard amenities, and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out and not invade anyone else's space. It was a central place for us to take the family exploring up to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, as well as shopping at Arrowhead and over to Westgate and Jobbing.Com to take in a Coyotes playoff game. Brian was very helpful on the couple of occasions that we did need to phone him, prompt with replies and service. He has always been quick to reply to my emails and this all added to the ease of renting a home. We have truly made believers in the Valley of the Sun out of our 2 boys and their wives, as well as all the kids. Thanks Brian!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The property was excellent. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the pool/hot tub/fire place area surpassed expectations from the pictures. The property owner (Brian) and his property manager were very responsive and professional. We plan on being back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This is the third consecutive year we have stayed at this property for our annual Phoenix golf trip. Once again, we found the house and the grounds in impeccable condition. We have always found the property clean and there is never a shortage of "in house" comforts to entertain us all. After a day on the links, some of us played cards, some soaked in the hot tub while others enjoyed watching TV outdoors around the fire pit. We enjoyed the property so much, some of the guys have booked their family vacation at the same property. Brian / Jason, we're looking forward to next year's trip already.
