  We were in Grass Valley from Nov. 1st.-3th. 2008 the cost of 2 hotel rooms for this period of time over a weekend was awful. So we chose the house and what a retreat it is! A beautiful, private woodland setting. The house suits the property and is decorated like an exclusive family lodge, comfortable, clean, spacious yet cozy. We loved the place and the owner was friendly and accomadating. I would recommend this property to everyone for bussiness or pleasure. The accomadations are indeed Perfect!

  The "Perfect Place" is truely a perfect place to stay. We stayed for 5 days in May, 3 adults 3 children. The house is beautifully decorated the location is fantastic nestled among the trees, very private, but 8 minutes to grocery store and restaurants. The owner Lynnie is a wonderful lady, who has thought of everything. We have stayed at 4 other VRBO properties(from Virginia, to the Colorado Ski resorts, to California) and the "Perfect Place" exceeds the other places hands down. The kitchen has everything you could image, we cooked full meals and never wanted for anything. There is a large selection of videos, games, books, for both Children and adults. The trails you could walk to were hours of fun for the kids. The several porches were great for relaxing and reading. If you are looking for a place in the Grass Valley area I would highly recommend the "Perfect Place."

It is so nice that you have really thought of every little thing that any guest could ever need to enjoy their stay! Next time we come, we'll bring the hot tub!
