Located just a short, 9 scenic mile drive off of I-80 East from the "Colfax / Hwy 174" Exit, you'll find the "Perfect Place" to spend some quiet time away from home and the hustle and bustle of the daily routine!
The home is a warm and inviting 1800 sq. feet, with 3 Large Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and an entertainingly friendly flow from Family Room to Kitchen to Dining and Outside. The home is very privately situated on 2+ Beautifully Treed Acres! You'll feel as though you're alone in the forest yet it's "Perfectly" located just a couple minutes drive to the heart of downtown Grass Valley and only 5 minutes to Rollins Lake - which is the closest of the many lakes and rivers you'll find throughout Nevada County.
Each large bedroom includes "Tempurpedic" style mattresses and TV 's with DVD &/or VCR's. There is Dish Satellite Service and a large collection of videos to choose from! Hopefully you'll find yourself too busy to be watching TV!
The home is only 14 years young and still looks like New! I know you'll feel at Home as soon as you turn up the driveway!
You can access the "Chicago Park" - NID trail from a path in the backyard and then walk, jog or ride a bike along the water's edge and under a canopy of mature Oaks, Pines and Cedar trees.

Monday-Thursday .. $150/nt* $950 / Week (= 1 night Free!)
Friday-Sunday .... $175/nt* (2 Night Minimum on Wknds) .. $3000 / Month
*Rates Based on Occupancy of 6 - * Each Add'l Person is $20/nt;
Maximum Occupancy of 10 at any time. Last minute is OK! Just Call!
$300 Security Deposit & $100 Cleaning Fee - $50 is Non-refundable and the
Balance may be Refundable Depending on the Condition at Departure.
Half of "Total Due" upon Reservation; Balance due 14 Days Prior to Arrival Date.
Required "Transient Occupancy Tax" of 10% is included in "Total Due" amount.
