The "Perfect Place" Retreat - Grass Valley, California Vacation House The "PERFECT PLACE" RETREAT - Named many years ago and just a "future dream" until now! - has finally opened!! (Two more properties will be opening & available early summer - call for more details!) Located just a short, 9 scenic mile drive off of I-80 East from the "Colfax / Hwy 174" Exit, you'll find the "Perfect Place" to spend some quiet time away from home and the hustle and bustle of the daily routine! The home is a warm and inviting 1800 sq. feet, with 3 Large Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and an entertainingly friendly flow from Family Room to Kitchen to Dining. The home is privately situated on 2+ nicely treed acres where you'll feel as though you're alone in the forest yet it's "Perfectly" located just a couple minutes drive to the heart of downtown Grass Valley and only 5 minutes to Rollins Lake - which is the closest of the many lakes and rivers you'll find throughout Nevada County. Each large bedroom includes "Tempurpedic" style mattresses and TV 's with DVD & VCR's. There is Dish Satellite Service and a large collection of movies to choose from but hopefully you'll find yourself too busy to be watching TV! The home is only 14 years young and of solid, quality construction where I know you'll feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you drive up the driveway. You can access the "Chicago Park" - NID trail from a path in the backyard and then walk, jog or ride a bike along the water's edge and under a canopy of mature Oaks, Pines and Cedar trees. After you have had a chance to read the extensive list of activities available, I would encourage you to visit the Grass Valley Chamber Of Commerce website for more detailed information, including dates and times for each event. A "PERFECT PLACE" for your family and friends when visiting or a wonderful vacation destination for you! Ideal for the Business Traveler too!(DSL is now available!!)
