Stay like a true New Yorker in this adorable remodeled two bedroom apartment. Which is on the edge of the historic and trendy Lower East Side. Just across the street you will find the poetic East Village and take a short stroll to cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and galleries in SOHO and Lower East Side. You can also get your coffee in a local cafe, utilize the mac computer in the apt, take your book to the park across the street or sit on one of the many benches and watch the life of the LES go by. OH and don’t forget about the go to the brand new enormous Whole Foods that is just across the street. You cannot ask for a better location!

This trendy and cozy two bedroom apt can accommodate up to six people. It is a quiet and peaceful apt with all the comforts of home. It offers total rest after a day soaking up the many wonders of NYC.

There are tons of cultural, nightlife and shopping attractions for you to enjoy, like…

This cozy vacation rental is a newly remodeled apartment which includes;
2 separate bedrooms with brand new orthopedic doublebeds, 20 inch apple G5 IMac, WiFi, a charming bright living room with a pull-out queen size sofa bed from Macy's, fresh linens and towels, organic shampoo, conditioner, and soap, full remodeled kitchen, lots of sunshine, garden fire escape, park across the street, backyard for bikes, AC, heat, Wi-Fi, 27” DVD television, stereo, soccer field, basketball courts, IPOD Stereo, radio, CD player, and many more wonderful features that will make your stay more comfortable while visiting the Big Apple.

There’s also plenty public transportation right outside the front door. We're located one block from the F train and less than a 10-minute walk to the B, D and 6 train. There's also a great park across the street that is over 10 blocks long and ends in chinatown. Street parking is also available if needed in the neighborhood.

I do strongly prefer a minimum of a 7 night stay, but if your days are available on the below calendar we can try to accommodate your needs.

I also have an amazing 1 bedroom in SOHO with a brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. If you're interested in the 1 bedroom, please let me know.

  • This was a very charming and lovely apartment. I stayed 3 nights with four other friends and we were comfortable. We loved how close the apartment was to EVERYTHING..we walked to most of the places we wanted to check out. I would definitely come back when Im visiting NY again :)

  • We totally loved the appartement! Well located, clean, well furnished, it met all our needs! We were 6 (2 couples and 2 friends) and we were confortable. The owner is available, generous, helpful and totally fair. I was a little afraid at the begining as it was my first time booking an appartement online, but I would now recommand it strongly!

  • My husband and I stayed here with another couple and found the experience to be very positive. Mandy was great during the booking process and was very accommodating of our arrival and departure schedule. She was quick to answer all questions she and made planning our stay enjoyable. Her instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and concise and we had no problems during our stay. We found the apartment to be more than adequate for two couples (although be forwarned that the bathroom is small!) and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area. The location was great as we were just a block from the subway. Also, the Whole Foods a block away was indispensible. Overall, great location and great experience!

We walked all over Manhattan, came back for a glass of wine, walked back into the New York night, had dinner and listened to music, all with in walking distance. We were New Yorkers for eleven days. The apartment is perfect for two couples or six young people. Our dealings with Mandy were very easy. We would stay here again and we would also recommend the apartment to friends.
