  Condo was a little smaller than it appeared but we had 2 adults and 4 kids ages 8-12. they loved sleeping in a room together, and the master was nicely appointed. furniture in good shape, kitchen had all necessities. My major issue is getting (and dropping off) the key. Very inconvenient. This would be my number one thing to fix!!! we took a shuttle and had to inconvenience other riders. The heat was electric and a little hard to figure out exactly what temp to set to not be too hot or too cold. Fireplace isn't gas, that's a bit of a pain if you have no newspapers! This is an older condo, and some of the baseboards and trim is worn but condo is neat and clean, and the age really isn't an issue. Overall a great stay! ...and yes you can walk everywhere!

  Property was exactly as represented. Well maintained and clean. Booking process was easy. Great location, as condo is very close to lift, ski school, pool/hot tubs, and lots of good restaurants. Simi was easy to work with and took care of any concerns quickly. There is only one parking spot available for this unit, but the ice rink lot is only $5 a day and is about a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. Great trip (best snow of the season didn't hurt either!).

  Our family visited Breckenridge for a surgical convention. We decided not to stay in the hotel where the convention was located. We definitely made the right decision. Our boys (ages 7 and 10) went to ski school two days and it was literally right out the lobby door. We walked town at night (very easy walk) and ate at several awesome restaurants (all within a short walk). The room is very nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer was an added plus!!! We can't wait to return and hope this room is available when we do!!! The owners are a dream to work with as well. Easy key pick-up and return. Highly recommend this unit!

  This condo is great. We stayed in another building at the Village last year (Shavano), and while it was nice, this unit in Chateux was so much better. First off, there is a washer/ dryer in the unit, while the other buildings at the Village have shared laundry in the halls. Secondly, there is a ski locker for this unit, while the unit in Shavano did not. And, lastly, the square footage of this 2 bdrm was much larger than the Shavano 2 bdrm (and includes a powder room, which that one did not). This unit is best characterized as "homey". Nice furnishings, wood for the fireplace, heat gets nice and toasty, plus fully stocked kitchen with all pots/pans/ appliances needed. It is at the end of a hallway, so nice and quiet and a great view of the Quicksilver lift and pool/ hot tubs. Easy walk into the next building for the fitness room/ pool/ hot tubs plus rentals at Breck Sports. The first day we arrived, we couldn't get the master shower to turn on. I texted Simi and she had maintenance out in less than an hour and they fixed the problem within a minute. Simi was always responsive and easy to reach throughout the rental process as well. There is no question that when I come back to Breck, I will rent this unit again. There is no better location (ski-in/ out, walk to Main Street, etc) and the condo is great.   Our family enjoyed staying here. There were no hassles with this condo. It's location can't be beat and parking was a plus. Simi provided us with a great condo (clean and well maintained), as well as, excellent communication during the booking process. A true ski in and ski out. I would highly recommend!

  We stayed here in August, 2012 and had a wonderful time. The location is great, near town, but very quiet as it faces the mountain, not the street. We loved the pool/hot tubs, and being right next to all the trails and outdoor space as well as town (across the street). The condo is very well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunkbeds and being right near the pool!

  The condo was just as described and was very clean and well maintained. Simi was always helpful throughout the booking process and made sure our first visit to Breckenridge was a great success. It was so close to the slopes - I could watch my kids in ski slope from the living room! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. You will love it!

  The place was extremely nice we had a wonderful time here. The location can't get any better than this place. We loved being able to sit around a real fireplace and work on a puzzle. I highly recommend this place.

  As soon as we opened the door and walked in, my children exclaimed, "this is so nice!". I knew we had hit a home run. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and close to EVERYTHING! The perfect location, close to the lifts, hot tub, and town. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
