Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can spread out in a spacious villa with a huge veranda overlooking the lake? It will sleep 6 and is fully equipped with all of the conveniences you would expect; gourmet kitchen with bar ware and granite counter-tops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a spacious covered patio on the fourth floor to gaze over the beautiful lake, 3 total TVs (2 flat screen LCD TVs (37 and 42 inch)), and DVD. PERFECT for a single couple with room to roam, or for 2 families or 3 couples!
It is equipped with HD cable TV and Apple iPod docking stations, a full size washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, 1000 thread count linens, spa robes, quality bath amenities, fully equiped Stainless Steel kitchen, and High Speed Internet.
Guest receive unlimited guest membership to all resort amenities, and concierge service which will schedule all appointments for golf, tennis, boating, jet skiing, fishing, and spa treatments. You are afforded private conceirge services, complimentary resort transportation. DON'T BE FOOLED: many other rentals do not include access to resort amenities and renters are surprised to discover this, too late to cancel. This rental includes a full temporary membership to resort amenities for the entire length of your stay. You will likely be very disappointed to pay less for a rental that does not provide membership to resort amenities.
Horseshoe Bay is only 45 minutes from Austin, with its live music venues and eclectic culture. Only 90 minutes away lies San Antonio, with the famed river walk and Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Quaint Fredricksburg is 60 minutes south, and offers unique shopping and eateries. Lake LBJ is one of the few constant level lakes in Texas and is simply breathtaking, offering wide open skiing, tubing, and phenomenal fishing. Horseshoe Bay Airport and terminal is 7 minutes from the villa and can land large, corporate jets. Horseshoe Bay is in the middle of Texas Hill country and offers the best of wineries and spectacular wildflowers and wildlife. Why the Owner Chose Horseshoe Bay
NOONE will ever say "I'm bored" at this place. It has something to do all the time for everyone, young and old alike. A true resort atmosphere, it pampers and pleases all who visit. The condo is very roomy and affords space for everyone, while assuring magnificent day-long views. The boat slips are within steps, the spa and fitness center steps away, and the Yacht Club with its dining, swimming, and beach are just across the street. You hardly ever have to travel over 100 yards to enjoy activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can "chill" or "thrill" all day long! Our favorite routine is to take a long walk around the quiet neighborhoods lining the lake, walk to nearby breakfast buffet, and then on to golf or lakeside reading. Afternoon is usually jetskiing or biking or a trip to Marble Falls.

I just wanted to say that the condo exceeded our expectations. Pictures at times can be deceiving but not "Happy Hours". The view from the balcony was awesome. We are frequent visitors to Lake LBJ and this is the first time we actually rented a place. We were able to dock our boat at the slips available at the resort which was so convenient. What a great last vacation of the summer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us! We had the most amazing time, and the condo is just so beautiful and has such a perfect location. The porch was our favorite place to sit every night and just take in the beautiful lake and peacefulness. Also enjoyed the dock nearby, where we could feed the ducks and watch the boaters. Would definitely like to come back and stay again!! Recommend this to everyone who wants to get away from the crowds at Mariott and have privacy with all the amenities included! Great Rental!

AWESOME CONDO AND LOCATION! We just spent four nights at this gorgeous condo, and did not want to leave. It is first class all the way. It has an awesome balcony that overlooks the lake and marina. My husband was perfectly content just to stay at the condo and not do anything else. However, we did take advantage of taking our teenagers out on a ski boat from the marina for an afternoon. Horseshoe Bay and this wonderfully furnshed condo is definitely five stars in our book. Hope we can do it again sometime soon. Would recommend to anyone!
