The Palm Villas at the Mauna Lani is a new development of just 44 units preferentially situated within the Mauna Lani resort. Located just steps from the Mauna Lani Spa & Tennis Club, in walking distance to the Shops at Mauna Lani and adjacent to the archaeological preserve which contains the footpath to the Beach and Beach Club as well as the historic fish ponds at Kalahuipuaa.
As our guest you are entitled to discounted rates at the two world renowned golf courses at the Mauna Lani resort as well as access to the Mauna Lani Beach and Beach club.
Our unit is situated in a four unit building tucked in to the corner of the complex providing ultimate privacy yet only steps from the resort style pool and spa in the complex. Additionally, the other 3 units in our building are also available for rent if you wish to bring family and friends and have your own private "compound" within the Mauna Lani resort.

A2 is absolutely the best of all the Palm Villa units we have stayed in and visited. Perfectly furnished and equipped for a relaxing, recharging, and restful experience. The golf course view from the lanai was stunning during BBQing and happy hours. We loved it so much we have already booked an additional 2 visits over the next few months. Great owners and management to deal with and we very highly recommend A2.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

We rented this property for the month of Feb. It was wonderful ! The villa was beautifully equipped. The location was perfect. The beach club was one of the best beaches on the island. We rented a car, but you could have gotten along without one. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, beach, and Mauna Lani resort. Hope to be back again next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo. It was spacious, well-equiped, and beautifully furnished.We loved sitting out in the lanai over-looking the golf course and having a morning coffee or an evening barbecue. It is an ideal location to explore the island. Hapuna beach is a 5 minute drive away and has been named as the Big Island's most beautiful beach.You can use the condo's cooler and pack a lunch and spend the day there snorkelling and boogie boarding. The condo even has beach towels, boogy boards and chairs that you can use.The nearby shops are walking distance and ideal to pick up supplies or a morning Starbucks. You have free access to the local beach club which has beautiful beach chairs to enjoy the sun or stay shaded.The snorkelling is great right off the beach and an ideal place to spot sea turtles.You can book diving excursions right from the beach hut. We also enjoyed walking down to the Mauna Lani Resort and had a fabulous sunset dinner at the Canoehouse restaurant. The condo's owners are very friendly and extremely helpful with travel advice.Would highly recommend this condo as a place to stay.
