Reserve this dramatic home as your vacation retreat. This open, spacious home has a curved oak and iron staircase that leads to a loft area overlooking the huge living and dining area w/ 2-story ceiling. It features a private pebble tech pool and spa with saltwater system and grotto waterfall feature. It is fenced for safety.

For hiking enthusiasts, there are nearby hiking trails within the neighborhood - great for a family Arizona adventure. There are also several neighborhood children's parks and a splash park - perfect for cooling off.

There is ample patio space for entertaining, relaxing, enjoying a BBQ and dining al fresco. Brand New in 2006, enjoy the gourmet kitchen with convection oven, and flat, glass cook top. Complimentary bottled water, and Starbucks coffee and tea are provided. At 3200 square feet, this home is spacious enough for family gatherings yet with its functional layout, there are quiet, private areas available for guests. In addition to the large master suite upstairs with double sinks, separate shower and soaking tub, there is also a guest suite downstairs with full bath.

The community is nestled in Westwing Mountain with its gorgeous mountain vistas and incredible sunsets. The area is surrounded by desert preserve and there are great walking paths in the community. The home is about 30 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It is the perfect location for those wishing to see the spectacular sights Arizona has to offer.

The Grand Canyon, one of the wonders of the world, is 4 hours to the north by car. The awe-inspiring red rocks of Sedona are a short 2-hour drive. North Scottsdale is only 20 miles to the east. Lake Pleasant is only 15 miles to the West and offers boating, fishing, jet skiing and other water activities.

To the Southwest is the adjacent city of Glendale, home of the Cardinals Stadium. Spring Baseball training is also in Peoria along with an abundant array of shopping and dining choices. Great golf can be found in the surrounding area.

Children's items are available on request such as bassinete/playpen and high chair.
