This place is funky yet comfortable and fun! It is a great location so you can walk to town and the nordic center. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It is dog friendly which we appreciate.

Nice location to downtown. However the place needs new sheets and comforters. There was an odd smell like mold or mildew in the house. The house was also dark and didn't get much sunlight.
Owner response:So sorry! The sheets and comfortors are all newish. The house is professionally cleaned by my very caring Teresa. I've never noticed the smell or had any other like comments, written or otherwise. This home is "everyday" finished with fun additions like pool table, 55" HDTV, "Corona Cantina" kitchen, hot tub. I think the price reflects "everyday" Crested Butte style. Although there are no mountain views, there's plenty of windows for light. Can't beat the location.-Rob

The house was perfect for our weekend. Location was amazing, and it was really nice to have the mud room to store our 4 mountain bikes. Highly recommend this rental. Thank you for having us in Crested Butte.

We had a great time in Crested Butte staying in this unit. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, hot tub and pool table. The house is in a very good location, literally steps away from everything. The owner is very helpful and supplied us with enough bikes to keep the whole family happy, and is very knowledgeable about the area.

My wife and 3 kids stayed at this property for a week and we all enjoyed it. The pool table and hot tub were a big hit with all of us after a day of skiing. The house is only 2 blocks from both the town and bus route. We really enjoyed the skiing and the town of Crested Butte. We hope to return very soon.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. The place is definitely large and so close to everything you need. We walked to restaurants, ice skating, the amazing Camp 4 Coffee, and the bus stop for skiing. All withing 4 blocks! The rental was clean, quaint, and the hot tub was great fun. An absolute steal for the price. Our only complaint - the furniture, and especially kitchen could use a little updating. This place would be ideal for families.

The house was just perfect. We had 3 couples stay there. We just had a blast with the big screen tv as well as the pool table and hot tub. The hot tub was the biggest hit and utilized it every evening after skiing. The place was very quiet and was really confortable. We definitely plan on a return visit. Tom

We had a fun time at the house. Great if you bring your dog. Convenient location, close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Especially close to Camp 4 Coffee. We have stayed in several places in CB and we would stay here again. Rob is friendly and helpful.

Funky but quaint accommodations - Captures the spirit of Crested Butte perfectly. Extremely comfortable, well appointed, and with an awesome location - one block from great food and shopping. Very "dog-friendly", we walked our 2 dogs to at a great coffee shop three doors down every morning while we were in "the Butte". I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to CB.

Recently stayed with some friends for a week of mountain biking. Great house in a wonderful location. A block and a half from the Mo Mo stand (mmmm...) Rob was a fantastic host, opening his workshop to us and even treating us to dinner - Thanks Rob! I would definately stay here again.

WOW! We had a great time in Crested Butte. The accommodations were better than we had expected. Plenty of room, excellent condition, very convenient location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and the lake. Maybe 5 minute drive to the slopes (we went in June but drove up to and past the ski slopes to go hiking Judd Falls). Pet friendly. We had our 2 dogs with us. The owner was so nice and full of great information about the area. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

We had a great week in this house. It was clean, comfortable and the location would be hard to beat. Our teenage boys enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and big screen HD TV. Rob, who lives upstairs was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about the property, the mountain and any activities around town. A great time was had by all...including our 4-year-old lab.

We really enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte. The house was great - perfect for a family with kids (or without!). We didn't bring any pets, but the entire town is pet friendly! The beds were very comfortable, the couch one of the most comfortable we've ever had - especially at a rental property, where comfort isn't always a priority. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. We just wish we could have stayed longer. This was the perfect location - you can walk a block to the bus stop, a block to Camp Coffee (great coffee and great people), another block to the main street, and just a few blocks to the Nordic Center - where you can rent snowshoes, cross country skis, go ice skating and sledding...and across the street for pizza. We hope to return to Crested Butte often - and would certainly recommend staying here. Perfect in many ways! (and the owner was very helpful and friendly)

This house is perfectly located a block away from the main street. We loved walking out the door to hiking, biking trails, shopping, coffee shops & restaurants. The house is very comfortable. Nothing luxurious or posh...but extremely fun and festive. We played pool, watched the olympics, cooked great meals and enjoyed hanging as a family. The owner,Rob, lives upstairs and is very friendly and has some great bicycles to borrow. Our dogs also loved being in this house and we will definitely stay again on our return visit to CB! Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location. Kids loved the living area with pool table and big(huge)screen tv. Hot tub was added during our stay which was great help in recuperating from killer hikes. Great vacation spot! Owner delightful and informative.

Loved it! Our family had been anticipating this trip for months and it was great. Rob made us feel at home and was ready to help with anything we needed. He also asked us join in on the huge 4th bbq he throws, yummm! Great location, wonderful host, and a pool table, what more could you need?

Thanks for the great weekend. The house is perfectly located in downtown, very clean and the pool table, couch/bean bag/big screen set up was exactly how we wanted to relax after a day of biking. Great outside bbq area was perfect for the after race party. Thanks again and enjoy the rest of the summer. Dan

Comment Text: We had a very positive experience in this property. The living room and pool table are a great place for fun. The house deco is full of interesting details. The location could not be better. Right in downtown, close to Camp4Coffee and all the other restaurants in town. If you go with a dog, this is a perfect choice since there is a mud room where you can leave your pup. I would recommend this rental to a friend.

Rob's house fit our family perfectly. We loved the "casual" decor - it felt so comfortable. It was great to be so close to town and especially, Camp 4 Coffee! Would love to come back in the winter sometime - looks like it has the perfect set up for skiing. Thanks, Rob, for your hospitality and the personal touch!
