DEERFIELD RESORT
Deerfield Resort is situated on the northeastern shore of Norris Lake, offering 1000 acres of recreational beauty. We offer three restaurants: one overlooking the lake, complete with a large deck should you choose to dine outside, one in the beautifully-appointed golf clubhouse, and a floating Tiki bar at the marina, accessible by car or boat. For a change of pace, drive 5 minutes down the hill to Fast Freddy's, offering a restaurant and bar with big-screen TV, a grocery store, and outside patio with live entertainment on weekends.
The resort is nestled between the Cumberland Mountains and the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, 30 miles north of Knoxville by air, just east of I-75, near LaFollette, TN.
Enjoy the beautiful drive from LaFollette, or fly your own plane to the resort's private 3300-foot paved runway. You'll find Deerfield Airport (TN44) on the Cincinnati and St. Louis sectionals. (If you begin the GPS 23 approach into KJAU and break off at EMLOU, you'll see TN44 6 miles straight ahead. CTAF is 122.8, the same as KJAU.)
NORRIS LAKE
Norris Lake is the largest of the TVA lakes, encompasses 34,000 acres, with 800 miles of breaktaking scenery along its shoreline. Bring your own boat and rent a slip at the large marina, or rent either boats or jet skis once you arrive.
RECREATIONAL IDEAS
Enjoy our 18-hole championship golf course (We're on the 15th hole!), swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, kid's playground, and miles and miles of hiking trails. Or maybe you'd like to curl up with a great book on one of our three decks overlooking the lake, or enjoy the peace of our quiet sunroom, also overlooking the lake.
Knoxville is an hour away; Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge are within two hours. Shopping, museums, and state and national parks are a quick drive.
SPECIAL ADVANTAGES OF OUR HOME
We offer 3 huge master suites! The top floor has a king bed, three vanities, a separate commode/bath and shower room, an extra-large Jacuzzi tub, two comfy leather lazy boy chairs, color TV/VCR/remote, and a gas fireplace. Also, a private deck overlooking the lake and golf course!
The second large master suite on the main level features a king bed, color TV, private double-vanity bathroom with tub and shower, and access to the main deck, with views of both the lake and golf course.
Also on the main level you'll find a smaller bedroom with two twin beds, and its own bath with shower.
The third master suite is on the lower level with access to the lower deck, and is complete with king bed, double vanity bath with tub and shower, and as an extra bonus, a sitting room with color TV/VCR/remote, and a queen sofa/bed.
The fully-equipped kitchen will please you as you cook while visiting with your guests in the open living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. You'll also love the dining room surrounded by windows.
Special treats include an open office space on the top floor as well as a sunroom with panoramic views.
WE'RE PART OF THE CEDAR RIDGE RENTAL PROGRAM!
This assures you of an elegant and worry-free vacation. A Cedar Ridge representative will greet you upon arrival and escort you to the house. And unlike any other rental program on Norris Lake,the Cedar Ridge staff will prepare homemade meals and desserts which can be ordered and purchased during your stay.

Fireplaces are turned off during the summer.
