Two front and back Lanais gives a view of the lake and also the wildlife preserve also providing sun on living room Lanai and shade on kitchen Lanai. This unit has the only jetted tub in complex which is a delight to use.
Just Steps away is the best pure white sand beach on Ft. Myers Beach.
All conveniences including shopping plaza, restaurants, Golf Course, marina, four screen movie/dinner theater, medical center all within walking distance. Beach trolley is close by and available frequently. The complex has 2 heated pools, tennis courts, barbecue grills, Secured Lobby and Elevators.

Dolphins are a joy to watch, rent a boat and catch the fish that are jumping out of the water. A short drive off the Island to the newest, most beautiful shopping areas in Estero is a must see. Naples also is just a short drive away with a zoo for the kids.
