The Grand Hyatt luxury condominium is located one block from the gondola to Aspen Mountain and right in the heart of downtown Aspen.
weeks available: January 19-26th , 2013, long weekend February 28-March 3, 2013; Summer in a 3 bedroom August 3-August 10th, 2013 and THANKSGIVING. 2 bedrooms are over a 1,000 square feet and 3 bedrooms are 1700 square feet with windows and balconies everywhere, gorgeous furnishings, beautifully appointed baths, fantastic full kitchen, wireless internet, a better stereo than you have at home ... it goes on and on. The three bedrooms each have king sized beds plus there is a fold out couch to accomodate two more sleepers.
There isn't a better location in Aspen. Walk to the lift to hike Ajax Mountain, then to restaurants and shopping. And if you don't want to leave the Hyatt, enjoy the fitness center, outdoor black bottom heated swimming pool and outdoor hot tub while looking at the mountains. There is a daily complimentary breakfact including rolls, bagels, toast, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal and coffee and tea. Enjoy the services of the ski valet, concierge, twice daily housekeeping, turndown service, a covered parking garage, complemetary airort transportation, high speed internet and plasma tv's. The adjacent skating rink offers complementary skates and skating to Hyatt guests.
Aspen itself is chock full: the best hiking, mountain biking, horsebackriding and rafting. There is also world class shopping, fantastic food, great culture such as the Aspen Music Festival and The Aspen Institute.
The Grand Aspen has a prime Aspen location right between the St. Regis Hotel and the Little Nell Residences at the base of Ajax. You can't ask for better spot to ski and fun in Aspen.
Winter or Summer, this is the best vacation there is.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: My husband and I enjoy our time in Aspen in all seasons. We are hard working New Yorkers (Steve is a lawyer and I am a veterinarian) so we don't always have the time to enjoy our property in Aspen but we have made lots of friends from the families who have rented when we couldn't go ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Hyatt Grand Aspen:
Aspen is wonderful year 'round, and this unit is the top floor, corner unit of the new, beautiful and perfectly-located Hyatt Grand Aspen and so has balconies and views in three directions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We go to Aspen because we enjoy the beauty and culture that can be found there. We hike, ride bikes, snow shoe, ski and horseback ride. In the summer we enjoy the music festival and the Aspen Institute. However, sometimes you just need to kick back and put your feet up and I can't think of a more beautiful place to do that than in the 3 bedroom suite at the Grand Hyatt.
