When coming to the land of Disney, why not come to a home that has everything you would need to make the 'after park' experience the best ever. That is exactly what this home has to offer. Plus, it is just 10 miles from Disney, five minutes away from supermarkets, banks, library, many restaurants, WalMart, and a host of other shopping.
From the moment you open the door to your luxurious villa, you will see that this home has been professionally decorated. The bedrooms all have upgraded mattress, high thread count sheets, and flat screen TV's. There are two twin bedded rooms with a bath in between. The queen bedded room is at the back of the home and has it's own private bath across the hall. The Master Suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors from bedroom to patio/pool, and a master bath with his and her sinks, large shower, soaking garden tub and private toilet area.
There is a formal living room and formal dining room with a table that seats six but can easily accommodate eight diners. The family room has sliding doors to the lanai and pool area. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV in this room as well as a stereo system. The kitchen overlooks the family room so you can enjoy your family while preparing meals, if you choose to cook. The gourmet kitchen has a gas cooking stove, a microwave, toaster, blender, tea pot, coffee maker, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, and plenty of dishes, cooking and baking utensils, and glassware. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. There is also a gameroom with a pool table, air hockey, and other games for all to enjoy. The home also has a computer for guests use with high speed internet.
Last, but certainly not least, is the wonderful heated in-ground pool, fully screened to keep out uninvited guests. A table and six chairs for family dining are under cover to protect you from our 'liquid sunshine'. There is a gas grill for outside grilling.
All of this sits on a beautifully landscaped lawn on a cul de sac which has no through traffic. (Great for kids) What more could you ask for? It will be difficult to get the family to agree to leave to see the rest of Disney and Central Florida.
