Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located in Naple's newest and most luxurious gated community, 'The Dunes'. It's a short walk to the beach and you will enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of Wiggins Pass, mangroves and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.
The lights of Ft. Myers and Captiva Island can be seen from the lanai at night as well as spectacular sunsets.
The community has an upscale restaurant, pools, hot tubs, and grill areas.
Our unit has a beautiful, plantation style decor throughout.
You also have access to the Floridian Club, with separate pool and restaurant serving poolside, bar and rest rooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels, as well as chair side service on the beach; the ultimate in easy living. The shuttle will pick you up outside your door every half hour - it's a short 10min. ride to the club. This requires an additional fee.

Year Purchased: 2004
We are semi-retired and live in Colorado. Our granddaughter keeps us there most of the time but we like to come to Florida during some of the winter months. Kay is co-owner of an assisted living facility in Colorado but because there is a full-time Director, she can get away often.
Why the Owner Chose The Dunes
We are originally from New Jersey and have missed the ocean since moving to Colorado almost 40 yrs. ago. Florida had everything we wanted in a winter get-away spot, esp. the ocean!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
One of our favorite things to do when we're here is to walk to the beach for the sunset. It's a good 15min. walk so it gives us just the exercise we need each day and what a wonderful way to take a break in the middle of our walk!
