I was on contract in Salt Lake City for a month working and generally stay in hotels. However i found this great deal and couldnt pass it up. The condo was nicely furnished and beautifully remodeled. It had all the comforts of home and felt extremely welcoming. Not to mention the Location was ideal being close to nightlife yet far enough away you didnt feel like you brought the club home with you. The owners were very kind and stopped by once just to make sure there wasnt anything i needed. All in all working with them was a breeze!! Thanks for the stay and i hope to stay again!!

Our stay was delightful! The condo worked out great. The location worked well - close enough to any stores, etc. that were needed and an easy drive to the ski areas. The condo was very comfortably equipped and in excellent condition. We had one rental where the pictures were a little deceiving, but your condo was true to the website. We would love to return sometime & would be happy to recommend your rental.

The condo was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy for us to cook. The location was convenient to grocery shopping and skiing. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use and a safe place to put our skis. Would have been nice to have 4 chairs in the kitchen area.

The condo was in great shape and nicely furnished. The master bedroom had a very big bathroom that we all ended up using (nice shower). Great closet space, although there weren't any dresser drawers in the second bedroom (shelves in the closet, but we had to stack the boys' clothes on the floor). The laundry room is heated, so we left our ski boots in there overnight to dry out. We could park our SUV with its rooftop luggage box in the parking strip no problem. There are stairs from the parking area to the condo building and two flights of stairs up to the unit. Not a problem for us, but might be for people who can't carry luggage that far. There are several grocery stores nearby (the Fresh Market being much nicer than the Smith's), and access to 215 is easy. Our biggest problem was seating for meals. There is only room for two at the kitchen counter, so we had to use the coffee table for the four of us, sitting on the floor. Not th end of the world, but if you're planning mealtime to be a focus of your stay, it might present problems. It was very easy and pleasant dealing with the owner.

This is a fantastic condo. We spent Christmas 2009 here for the family vacation, and we had a great Christmas and ski trip here. The condo is very nice and has a nice home theater system. The local ski slopes are within 30 minutes and there are lots of conveniences nearby, Walmart, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely look for this condo again the next time we ski in SLC.

The condo was fabulous. Easy access to the slopes and the interior was gorgeous. We only wish we had more time to stay longer. This was definitely the best bang for the buck; hands down!
