Our home is in the Desert Falls Country Club, which is a 24 hour guard gated community in Palm Desert, California. All tenants have access to the Country Club's 25 swimming pools and spas, including 2 salt water pools. Also available are lighted tennis courts, racquetball and a fully equipped fitness center. Desert Falls Country Club offers pay as you play golf at one of the top rated championship golf courses in the Coachella Valley. The magnificent clubhouse has a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, banquet facilities and great dining.
This 1330 square foot upper level fairway villa is non-smoking and pet free. The living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings along with a wet bar and gas fireplace. Leather furniture provides comfort with class. Patio doors lead to a large balcony overlooking the 13th fairway. The fully equipped kitchen has a glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. A second balcony off the kitchen has a gas barbecue. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen T.V., two wall to wall mirrored closets and a door to the balcony. The large master bath has plenty of counter space with two sinks, a shower and tub. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed,television,computer desk and has a wall to wall mirrored closet along with easy access to the full second bath. The villa also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. The rest of the villa has tile floors. There is lots of room in the double garage to park your car.
Centrally located, this desert villa is only 10 minutes from the upscale shopping and dining on El Paseo known as "The Rodeo Drive Of The Desert". Equally as close are the unique shops, restaurants and theaters of The River in Rancho Mirage. The Las Vegas style Aqua Caliente Casino is 10 minutes away. You are within a short drive to over 100 valley golf courses. Getting here is easy. You are 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, 1 hour from the Ontario Airport, 2 hours from the Los Angeles Airport and 2.5 hours from the San Diego Airport.
