ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: For your convenience, you may arrive as early as you like before 4:00 PM on your arrival date, and use the common areas on the Midnight Cove bayside and gulf side properties (tennis courts, pools, lounges, chairs, umbrellas, private beach area, and restrooms), until you can access unit #532. You may also stay as late as you like after 10:00 AM on your departure date, and use the common areas on the Midnight Cove bayside and gulf side properties. Just be sure to park your vehicle in one of the visitor parking spots in front of the rental office, just beyond the vehicle security gate, and not in the unit #532 parking spot. Your unit key will open the restrooms in the bayside pool area, and you have the security code for the gulf side restrooms.
INCLUDED: We use an all-inclusive, one-price system. The rental rates include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, and cable TV), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, clean-up after departure, rental office reservation set up fees, and a comprehensive arrival / confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00. There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind!

Beautiful views from this 860 square foot, bayside, 3rd floor walk-up condominium unit at the gulf to bay Midnight Cove vacation condominiums, a vehicle gated resort. The unit has recently been updated. The living room opens through 16 foot glass doors onto an open lanai that over-looks the pool, and a lagoon that goes out to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Enjoy the balmy breeze from the lanai with a spectacular lagoon view. You have access to all bayside and gulf side amenities, including heated pools, tennis courts (night play on bayside), and private beach area, complete with lounges, chairs, and umbrellas. You also have a reserved covered parking area for your vehicle. Beach access is through Midnight Cove gulf side, just a 5 minute walk across the road to a private piece of the crystal sands of Crescent Beach.

Rental Rates:
All rental rates are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Rental Confirmation Deposit:
1) An advance deposit of USD $300 is required to confirm a reservation.
2) 50% or USD $300 (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival.
3) Your reservation is not confirmed until the confirmation deposit has been received.
Payment / Balance Due:
1) 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If the deposit is not collected 90 days prior to arrival date, Lessee(s) is risking a cancellation with no refund.
2) Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
3) Upon receipt of remaining balance due, plus security deposit, keys to unit #532 will be mailed to you.
Security Deposit:
1) A USD $300 security deposit is required and is due along with remaining rental balance 30 days prior to arrival.
2) The security deposit is refundable 60 days after departure providing that there has been no damage or additional cleaning required too bring the unit back to its original condition, and keys have been returned to Lessor.

After staying beachside the previous year , we were a little worried about the walk to the beach. Well there was no need to worry!! The condo is in the first building off of Midnight Pass so its a very short easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and modern, much more than our beachside condo that we paid big bucks for!! Has a wonderful deck for nightime relaxing. Restaurants and grocery store are a very short walk. We enjoyed the pool on the bayside much better than the gulfside. Nice quiet complex and very well maintained. We even did some fishing off the docks. Vic was wonderful to work with and maintains the property very nicely. He is also very quick to reply back to your emails. Thanks Vic for a wonderful stay!!!!!

Just a oerfect and relaxing vacation. The condo was spotless on our arrival. Everything that was needed was there. Comfortable beds, all the kitchen supplies/dishes/glasses/linens, and comfortable living room and dining room furniture. The lanai was spacious and had chairs and table to enjoy your breakfast or lunch. The view from the lanai included the lagoon with some boats docked and the beautiful grounds and pool. Short walk to the 'perfect beach'. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing vacation. Condo was professionally managed by Vic and the Florida staff.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have just returned from a perfect holiday in this condo on Siesta Key. 2 Pools and beach area with beach loungers and umbrellas, immaculate grounds and perfect postion for walking to restaurants, bars, grocery store, bank etc. Newly renovated with excellent facilities in kitchen and bathrooms, everything you need for the perfect holiday. Everything dealt with in a very professional way. We cannot wait to return. Thank you.
