Larger, luxury River Run condo in flagship Silver Mill Building. 200 yards (3 minute walk) to the new Keystone gondola, which has been enlarged and relocated to the building side of the river. Ski down directly to the gondola.
If you have 3 or 4 people in your party, this larger unit is the one for you! Compare its writeup and pictures to most of the listings in River Run and you will notice that this one has:
- larger bathroom with a vanity instead of just a pedestal sink
- more privacy--two doors to the bathroom, one from the bedroom and one from the living room
- larger kitchen, with more cupboards
- larger bedroom
Condo sleeps two couples or a couple and up to two children privately (SEPARATE DOORS TO BATHROOM). Park in the heated garage and take the elevator up to the third floor with a lovely view. Queen-size bed in bedroom, high quality queen-size sofa bed in living room in front of fireplace. Lovely, spacious, completely furnished kitchen. Two LCD TVs with DVD players, in the living room and in the bedroom. Two laundry rooms in building. FREE high speed wireless Internet access. Owner leaves for guest use the hall closet that is in most condos locked off for owner use only.
Owner can provide coupons for discounted lift tickets at nearby Arapahoe Basin and Loveland (also Copper Mountain)
Owner can also tell you where to rent skis, boots, and poles for $15/day, $10/day for children.

Condo located at base of Keystone mountain which enjoys the undisputed reputation for the most extensive night skiing in America! Three outdoor hot tubs just 20 feet from the indoor saunas. Starbucks, Italian restaurant, sports bar, and Keystone's child care center located within a 1 minute walk from condo building (Silver Mill). Ski School located at the River Run gondola.
This condo features a lovely view up ski slopes, gas log fireplace, 2 LCD TVs, 2 DVD player, and a telephone answering machine for messages whil you're out enjoying Summit County. Building lounge has a party/game room with fireplace and pool table. Adjacent to shops and restaurants. Electronic keys to condo, building, entrance, and garage. Elegantly furnished and meticulously maintained (it's our vacation home, too). Spacious kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, and most cooking and preparing utensils you have at home.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Close to the gondola (3 min. walk), 10 steps from from the elevator (can't hear it), 2 separate doors to the bathroom (privacy for each of the sleeping areas), a balcony with a nice view up the moutain overlooking 3 gorgeous hot tubs just a few steps from the front door, free wi-fi, TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and a heated garage.

This condo is lovely. The amenities are very nice, the condo is a big one bed, one bath, clean, and very comfortable. The location is awesome, easy walking distance to the lifts and in the middle of River Run where all the action is. I'd recommend this condo to everyone!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great condo for a family of 3 with 2 TVs, second door to the bathroom, use of the owner's closet and plenty of storage throughout. It was quiet even though the elevator and hot tubs are close by. Great kitchen with everything we needed for the week. Hopefully we'll have the chance to stay here again!

I brought some friends from Houston to Keystone for the weekend (I live in Denver) and we LOVED this condo! It's so convenient to everything in River Run and furnished very nicely. We will definitely be back to this roomy, affordable condo!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent. It was very short walk to the lifts. We went on this trip with others and it was obvious that our room was larger than the others. The room is close to the elevators which was even more convenient. Not only would we highly recommend this unit, we have already booked it again ourselves!!!

Wow! This condo was the best we've ever stayed at! Very clean, organized, roomy and spacious. The furniture was great and gave the condo a very homey feeling. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'll ever need and lots that you dont (which is good). And the price is also very reasonable. We've paid 2-3 times more for a lot less at other condos. This condo also has a great view, close to shops and slopes and is the first room out the elevator. I would definitely recommend this room to others and stay again in the future.

I stayed at Mr. Lee's condo Nov. 26- Dec. 2, 2006 I could not be happier with the accomadations. It is a very short walk to the lifts. It is just steps to a starbucks and other eateries. It is nicely maintained and everything we needed was right there. I would definately recommend this condo to my friends. I have no complaints. The elevator is right next to the room, but it is quiet. The elevator goes to the underground parking garage. It was 20 feet from my truck to the elevator and about 20 feet from the elevator to my room. If you are looking for a place that has everything and is close to all the action in river run village, Look no further!

We stayed there on Aug 25/26 for the Wine & Jazz Festival and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Very convenient all the festival action. We loved hanging out on the deck with the views of the festival and of ski mountain. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. Patrick & Danielle
