The house is located on a very private 3 plus acre site just 5 miles from all of the amenities of world-famous Sunriver Resort and 25 miles from world-class skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Exceptional riverfront site with mountain views and lots of wildlife--deer, elk, river otter, foxes, chipmunks, ducks, geese, eagles, and many other birds. The house has two large living areas, upstairs and down, six bedrooms, a wrap-around covered deck, two large flat-panel TVs, free DSL and WiFi, and all of the amenities you might expect from such a place.

What an amazing home for our large family gathering. We used both the lodge and the cottage. The lodge bedrooms and family room are huge. The cottage is much more quaint, but it makes up for it with the great view of the river. The homes were very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the weather was terrific...What more could we ask for! We watched many deer walk through the yard, and enjoyed playing in the water, and playing baseball in the yard. I would highly recommend this home. We are hoping to make it a yearly trip for our family! Thank you for an awesome weekend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a great house at a great location. Only negative is the 6th bedroom. It is right off the front door, and very small.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family of 23 (including 9 children under age 7) stayed a week at this location and had a fabulous time. We used every bed between the main house and the cottage. Both are just as nice as the photographs portray. Favorite features included the pool and ping pong tables, the hot tub, the short walk to the dock and river, and the views from the deck. The main living and dining areas were large enough to accommodate all of us for meals, and the house was large enough for us to spread out if we needed space. Our only complaints: the TV downstairs didn't work when we arrived; the landlord came and replaced it about halfway through our stay. We also wished there was a better flat, grassy area for lawn and water games. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
