Welcome to our piece of paradise! Come relax at Ocean Isle Beach and let the salt air work its magic. Located on a natural deep water canal, our home features a floating dock with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, and is perfect for boating, fishing, crabing, kayaking or jet-skiing. Beach lovers will find the public beach access just a quick walk near the end of the street.
This raised house has an open floor plan with a large family room, large dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The family room/dining area and kitchen all have views of the canal. The family room includes a sleeper sofa. There are 2 bedrooms on the first level. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. One full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms and the family room/dining room. There is also a laundry closet. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you will need for your week at the beach.
The upstairs of this home includes a loft, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The loft is open to the downstairs and includes a sleeper sofa. This is a great place for the kids to play games or a quiet getaway. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 have queen beds. There is a full bathroom located between the bedrooms and the loft.
This canal home also includes a propane grill, fully enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, tables and chairs on the canal side deck for outside dining and several rocking chairs for watching the beautiful sunsets.
Under the house, there is there is plenty of parking, including enough room store your boat trailer. There is even a garage for your personal use!
Our home is conveniently located on the natural canal near the center of the island. We are only seven blocks from the bridge, the pier, minature golf, Coastal Museum and the few shops. You can enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from rockers on the front porch, as you relax and let go of those stresses you left behind at home.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south-facing island with clean, sandy beaches and a quiet family-oriented atmosphere. This tranquil beach is wonderful for family vacations, shell seeking, sand castle creations, riding the waves, or just relaxing with family and friends. Located between historic Wilmington, NC to the North, and the bustling entertainment of Myrtle Beach, SC to the South, these attractions are just 30 minutes away. Just over the bridge on the mainland are shops, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and miniature golf.
There are twelve golf courses within 10 miles. Drive 30 miles away to Myrtle Beach where you will find 95 golf courses, numerous restaurants including the outlet malls, specialty shops, and plenty to do!
