  This was the first time for us to vacation with friends, and this condo is perfect for that. The location is perfect and the amenities of the condo met our every need. There were 12 of us and not one time did we feel cramped even on the day it rained. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a large family or travelling with friends.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We had a wonderful stay in Destin. The condo is in a great location right across the street from the beach. We loved how we were walking distance to restaurants. Condo was perfect and even better than we imagined. We had three families staying in the condo and we were all very comfortable. We are already planning our next trip back!!!

  Thanks for sharing your wonderful Destin home with us. The location is so close to the beach and so many of our favorite places (Skippers', Kenny D's). The views were beautiful and the three floors gave us room to spread out. My grandson decided we should just move in-sounds like a great idea! We plan to book for next summer right away! Thanks again!

  we had a wonderful time..this property was clean, very well decorated, and over all we felt like we was at home...Thanks too Kenneth and his wife for sharing there home with us... We will return next year and stay here ........The location was wonderful close to beach...And right down the sidewalk is a awesome place to dine the name of the restaurant is KENNY D'S....

  We just got back from our Destin vacation and I must say ... this home was awesome!! We have been to Destin several times and this house is by far our favorite. The location is perfect, the home was beautiful and the owners provided everything you could need for a home away from home experience. The pictures on the website do not do this home justice ... it is gorgeous and the balcony views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and could not have been more pleased with our selection of places to stay. We will definitely go back soon!! Thank you Ken and Beverly for making our vacation such a success!!

  We were so excited to arrive at this townhome and find that everything we needed was waiting for us. Our kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The accommodations were very comfortable and well arranged. I especially loved the kitchen. We were able to walk across the street and down a set of stairs and be ON the beach. Then when we needed a break it was so convenient to have "home" right there. We had not been to Florida in over 11 years and being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner was so needed. We took advantage of the gas grill and the outside tables and chairs for many meals. We only dined out 3 times in our 5-day stay there. The sound of the waves and the smell of the salty air on those cool evenings was just so relaxing and offered our family fond memories for many years to come. We also enjoyed the pool on the property; even though it was a bit cool for early April; we still had to take a dip. The only sad part was leaving. My little girl cried for over 30 minutes because she didn't want to leave. Getting to fly a kite on the beach before we left made her feel a little better, along with a promise that we will return there again. Thanks Beverly and Ken for sharing this wonderful place with us!

  Outstanding get away to warm the frozen bones of the Northeast and the harsh winter of 2011. The townhouse was immaculate (spotless and fresh throughout) all the amenities and conveniences in a home away from home. Good restaurants, friendly people, convenient shopping and a true slice of paradise. Can't forget the dolphin swimming along the beach. Definitely plan an return trip.

  GORGEOUS!!! Sums up everything about this home and the area. I can not say enough good things about our stay here everything was perfect. So many things are conveniently located, and the view is to die for and I must say that dealing with Beverly & Ken was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for everything you did, we will definitely be coming back!

  This unit was far more than we expected from the web site pictures. The location,view, and decor all made our vacation so enjoyable. We were able to see the dolphins several mornings from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Thank you Ken and Beverly for letting us share your lovely beach home.
