Villa Puesta del Sol was one of the first properties in the Pedregal. It has since been renovated completely and a separate casita with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room has been added recently. The house has kept it´s Mexican Hacienda charm with little details all over...colored windows, old style leather furniture, Mexican artifacts, wooden beams, terracotta tiled floors...all gives it a very warm and homely feeling combined with elegance.
After the first renovation recently a large pool deck has been added with two gazebos complete with mini bar and barbecue grill, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi and comfortable beach chairs.
From the two balconies you can watch the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific ocean, relax with the sound of the surf breaking on the rocks below and watch the whales break the surface to get air.
It only takes 5 minutes to get down to the beautiful and always empty Pedregal beach, where you can take long walks.
Into town the walk is a bit further, about 20 minutes, but you arrive right at the Marina, where you can find the nicest restaurants, bars and shopping areas.

The main house has 5 bedrooms and can be rented separately from the casita.
The casita is almost a complete free standing home with 2 balconies, complete living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is available for long term rentals. |
