All three bedrooms each with their own en-suite-bath feature televisions and fireplaces. The king-master boosts a 10 foot-tall, double-head, rock shower. Two queen bedrooms each feature tubs and showers. A loft overlooking the forest and The Lake contains a pool table and single hide-a-beds.

Convenience to ski resorts, and the private beach association with piers make this an ideal summer or winter rental. Extensive, decks put you in the landscape with canyon and lake views. All living areas and bedrooms have lake views.

    I didn't see a guest book in the house, so I wanted to send you this email to let you know that we did indeed have a lovely time in Tahoe. Your home was so refreshing to come home to. I purposely chose your rental because it was unique, modern and afforded us such incredible views. I am an interior designer by profession and have never seen a floor plan quite like yours. We enjoyed so many things about it - from the feeling of seclusion to the updated finishes on the counters and appliances and of course the comfy sofa. I just wanted to soak up the view and spent mornings reading by the window while my husband golfed with friendly locals.

  • We stayed at the house for the week before labor day ,with my teenagers and we loved it!!The house has spectacular views of the lake from every room,every room has it's own tv and fireplace,the kitchen and the living room are very comfortable and has everything you need for a good family game night..We really recommend it and definitely will rent it again.

  • We recently stayed in the Berardo's beautiful Lake Tahoe home. The rental far exceeded our expectations. The views from every room are amazing, the home is very clean and well appointed and the location is perfect. We hope to return for another visit soon.

  • We stayed at this property in March. The view is spectacular and the location is great for Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. Most importantly the property is in great shape. It is well furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals, and everything worked very well. It really felt like someone's home unlike my experience at many other vacation rentals. It looks like it will be a great summer destination also. I will definitely come back.

  • My husband and I stayed at the Berardo's home this past weekend. The home is completely stunning and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The photos do not do the house or view justice. The home is very large and roomy with every bedroom having it's own full attached bathroom. And despite the homes size, the Berardo's still manage to make it feel warm with the beautiful furnishings and decorations. Lynn Berardo was wonderful to deal with, extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this home and can't wait for the opportunity to visit again.

  • Our family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at 1865 Tahoe Park Heights Drive in August 2008. The attention to detail was second to none, the house beautifully equipped, kitchen fantastic to use and well laid out. Our bedrooms were extremely comfortable and possibly more luxurious than we have at home! We found the complimentary memberships of the Private Beach a wonderful addition to our stay and made really good use of it. It would be hard to find any fault with the Berado's lovely home and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay there. We would return in a heartbeat without requesting any changes. In addition Lynn was always charming and helpful to deal with, efficient and full of helpful suggestions to a family of Brits who have never before visited Tahoe.

  • My husband and I have stayed in the Berardo’s home on three separate occasions. Our most recent visit was in August of this year. We always come away from the experience feeling relaxed and refreshed. Honestly, the view from the home is nothing less than spectacular. From every room, with the exception of the laundry room, you see nothing but treetops and the lake! The home is very clean and well cared for. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful. The additional 2 bedrooms are very well appointed. The kitchen is a cook’s delight and opens to the dining area which has plenty of room. The living room is setup perfectly for social time with a fireplace, TV and CD player. A pool table in the upper family room was added this year which made for some fun competition. I can’t say enough about our stays in this vacation home. We will be back . . . soon I hope!

  • My wife and I stayed at 1865 Tahoe Parks Heights Drive this past Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved it! The house itself is GORGEOUS and the panoramic view of the lake you get from every room is stunning. Normally owners take flattering pictures of the home and when you get there it's really not what you expected and paid for (in my experiences). It was the total opposite with this property. It way exceeded our expectations! Also, the house is a short drive to the downtown area where there's great restaurants and shops. As for the owners, both Lynn and Steve were great and made sure our stay met our satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend you book this house. My wife and I will definitely be staying there again.
