This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is located on the fourth floor at Hacienda del Sol II #407. You are located over the pool area and balcony has a great view of the ocean!
A spacious master bedroom includes a king size bed with adjoining bathroom. All decor has been recently updated. There is a TV with DVD player in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom decorated in a "surf" motif, has a twin over double bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps three - up to four. Also included is a TV for VCR movie viewing only (no cable).
The family room has a new super comfortable queen futon for extra guests.
All bed linen's, towels, three TVs, VCRs, DVD players and docking station for Ipod, numerous games and puzzles are there for your use. As an added bonus there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Wi-fi is available in the cabana.
Located on non-driving side of the beach this condo is very family oriented. Both kiddie pool and large swimming pool are seasonally heated with a poolside Cabana offering showers, bathrooms, gathering area and gas Barbecue grills. Shuffleboard is available on-site.
New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located 1 hour away from Orlando Attractions. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. A plethora of outdoor activities are available including surfing, biking, kayaking, sailing, fishing and just relaxing on the beach.

Our family loves the beach!! We have made great memories here at this family oriented complex. My husband and I grew up coming to New Smyrna Beach and wanted our children to have the same great experiences. We specifically designed the second bedroom to accomodate our 3 children with the bunk beds and trundle. And with our new remodel, we have more room for friends to come over and play. We hope you enjoy our second home as much as we do!

As the owners of this unit, we have cherished memories with our children at Hacienda del Sol II. We have personalized this unit to fit our 3 children with the bunk bed/trundle so that each person will have their space along with room for friends. This unit is very family friendly and decorated in a "Surf" motif. Everyone in the family surfs. Even our 3 year old. The decor is bright and cheerful! We hope you will enjoy this unit as much as we do!
