Year Purchased: 2000
Retired pilot. My wife and I enjoy the quiet tranquility of Mannesota Key. A stroll on the beach watching the dolphins frolic in the gulf and a swim in the Olympic size pool with dinner at the Gulf Grill is about all anyone would desire.
Any day is open for short trips to area attractions and golf courses close by. Fishing and water sports are all available as well as deep sea fishing, etc.
Why the Owner Chose Englewood Beach
The quiet, laid-back atmosphere attracted us to this villa. It is just big enough to accommodate our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This rental unit has been classified as the cleanest rental (our renters) tell us. All ground level, no steps. You are able to walk to the beach and several restaurants are close within walking distance. It has all of the modern conveniences.

Cleanest rental we have ever rented. It is away from the hustle-bustle and quiet. Had everything we needed. The rental has had same guests renting repeated years. The rental was comfortable and the accommodations were lovely, and we enjoyed the location.
